Dr. Fine is incredibly personable and professional. He offers prompt e-mail responses and provides clear and thorough explanations of conditions and treatments. After an episode of sudden sensorineural hearing loss in 2016, I became very sensitive to loud and high-pitched noises. Dr. Fine first fitted me with sleep earplugs, which are incredibly comfortable and efficient. I returned once more to get musician's earplugs (15 dB filters, pictured below) and found them to be a complete game-changer. As an aspiring speech therapist, I was growing incredibly concerned that my noise sensitivity would prevent me from reaching my dream career. Thankfully, my earplugs have since allowed me to walk into rooms full of children for work and feel perfectly comfortable. I highly recommend Hear Fine!

Had an amazing experience with Hear Fine. Went to two hearing clinics and while both good, Neil was simply superior in every way. He provided a much more detailed explanation of issue in very clear terms, provided a more customized solution to the issue, and the pricing was great. His customer service was one of the best I've experienced. He was very flexible, patient and professional. He was also keen on doing follow ups etc. Couldn't recommend more!

Most disappointing in the service I received. I booked for a hearing assessment, and discussed my desire to do a trial on a particular hearing aid when I spoke to Neil prior to booking the appointment. Neil confirmed that the particular hearing aid I was interested in was available for loan. When I went for my assessment however, Sean (the audiologist) said he couldn’t provide me with a trial as I was already doing one (which Neil knew) on another hearing aid.Instead of checking with Neil (while I was there), Sean refused to accommodate my request. On my way home, Sean phoned me to apologize for not realizing that he had erred in his understanding of their company policy, and offered me a new appointment with Neil. Sadly, too late, I had already wasted an hour travel time, and to no avail. I will now take my business to someone who cares about customer service and satisfaction.

Neil is a lovely man and nice person to see. He was very accommodating with my schedule in when I was able to attend an appointment. When I arrived he was welcoming and took the time to listen and understand my needs and was easy to talk with; it was decided to go with Sleep Ear plugs to deal with the noise issues in my apartment. Neil made sure they felt comfortable and when I needed a small adjustment, he did it no problem and now they fit perfect and I am so happy with the results! I look forward to doing future business with Neil!

I brought in my 8-year-old son for a hearing test. We met our first audiologist, Niel Fine. It was a pleasant experience! He is expressive and engaging. He definitely knows how to work and communicate with children.

My experience with Neil was very positive and friendly when I was in for a hearing test. Each test and its purpose were explained to me in detail by him during each test. At the end, he explained the results at the end of the session. Hearing Fine is your go-to audiologist when it comes to any law enforcement application. I had also forgotten to print out the document he was supposed to fill out, and he was very understanding and helped me print one. Also, the office was very clean and well organized. 10/10
