I entered this store needing lots of help and the worker patiently walked me through every step of it to ensure my packages were properly prepared. Excellent service!

Worst UPS I’ve ever been to. Don’t come here. Horrible customer service. Refused to print off my mailing label for me so I can mail my package. He said he was to busy for my business and was very unhelpful.

I went there a couple of weeks ago to print a few colour documents . The man was so kind and generous. He was super helpful and assisted me as well as gave me an envelope for my documents so that they wouldn’t get ruined. I appreciated all his help!

Martin was an absolute pleasure to meet. He helped me with my package and solved a problem within seconds. Great service!

Worst UPS I have ever been to. Guy is so rude. He doesn't know how to greet customers. I needed help to take the printout, so I asked him, and he answered very rudely.Please visit another store if you can.

The guy who works there is very friendly, personable and helpful when it came to helping me ship an international package.

The customer service was awesome!! Better compared to all other places I've visited. The process of printing was easy and smooth. Printing done within minutes!!

I came to this store to drop parcels. I requested for the gentleman to print the labels after another UPS store confirmed that they do so for a fee. His response was: no one will do it for you for free! You can go to the library and print. Mind you, I had not requested for it to be free as I was ready to pay. He then told me to go get my own boxes to ship or he is not taking the package. He spoke over me rudely the whole interaction. When i mentioned that I called another location before coming to his - which is closer, he told me to go to that location then! So i went. He is not polite and and made me feel unwelcome. They do not answer their phone and the voice-mail is always full.The other location printed the labels and took my package, no questions asked and helped me happily. I paid for the labels and boxes and left joyfully.

Awesome experience! First time ever sending a package out and Martin helped me with extremely great customer service! He'll help you with all your needs! Highly recommend this location!

Martin is the best! He was so helpful with my package and ensuring it was pristine condition for shipment (I previously taped it very poorly and he fixed it up for me!)I highly recommend this UPS location for your printing and shipping needs ☺️
