The Body Shop

Men! They don't have my favorite body butter (peach) I've been using for 15 years nor the alo vera deodorant. I'm surprised I used those two items for many years and across several countries. Why the Canadian branch doesn't have it? No clue

The store closes at 6:20pm but they lie and advertise false hours on google (7:00pm). Store assistants were so rude and also wanted to leave home early. Better tell customers the true hours and honor the time you put on the internet instead of wasting people’s time.

I mean body shop is a good company and always gives people a good impression of customer service, and it is able to maintain a good reputation in this industry. However, this female employee is gonna ruin everything. If you really want to know what is rude and disrespectful in retail industry, go talk to this lady.

Horrible site experience. I attempted to use the site and items would not add to cart and when it did it added 5 plus items and would not edit the amount down to one. Do not order from here it is a waste of time and may be charged for more.

We really like this chain of stores. Smaller shop here than we are used to . Staff were friendly and offered to help immediately. Located in the Markville mall in Markham.No great sales today.

Staff are ignorant and dismissive. They do not follow the majority of “the Body Shop” policies. If you would like to make a return or use a coupon you are better off going somewhere else. The location at Vaughn mills follows all policies and they have excellent customers service.

Wanted to purchase a few items but had to walk out because the miserable lady working. She wouldn’t even look our way when we asked a question and when I tried to ask her another one (the horror!!) I was given an eye roll. I’ll be going online or to Vaughn for my next The Body Shop trip.

Their buy two get one free promotion is quite ingenious, makes me want to try all products. Moreover they have good quality body and bath products!

I really liked the experience at this store,This is my first time visiting, At this place not knowing what to buy but Manager (Bridget) helped what to buy. I really recommend my friends to go this place for skin care.

I rarely review. But this store needs serious improvements in their customer service. The two females waved me to come and use hand sanitizer and then I was left there for a good 5 mins just looking at products without any introduction or asking if I needed help until she saw me standing and comparing two body lotions. She then asked far away from her till, if I needed any help and When I said yes, she came over and I asked her about the two products and which is better, her answer was “I like this for myself” on top of she gave off a attitude. She then proceeded to ask if wanted a sample and I said sure. The moment I choose body lotion over body butter and told her I was using my birthday voucher, her attitude changed and gave me even more attitude. Horrible customer service and seriously needs improvement
