I bought a 3000cad coffee machine from them, less than a year(1200cups of regular at-home coffee, just me and my wife) of worn-out brew mechanism.Waiting three months for the COFFEE MACHINE BEEN REPAIRED!?The technician forced me to reschedule appointments for repairs three times. Every time, has a different reason for that, of course.Like monopoly - has no one to speak with. I wish that I go for a different brand...Dear customer, be aware if you need a warranty claim!

I recently purchased the hand held vacuum. I ordered online and didn’t receive any information about when it would ship. I waited week thinking it was just part shortages, and then sent an email. They just lost my order. Let’s say we started off on a bad foot. Don’t let the fancy design fool you. It’s no Dyson! The canister is so small and the carpet attachment doesn’t work over my carpet. My house is entirely hardwood with one area rug. The carpet attachment is not table to spin over the carpet. It’s low pile nothing crazy. The product comes with a 30 day return policy, however I have to pay a 10% restocking fee to use it. That’s fair if I didn’t like the way the product looked or something but it literally doesn’t work. So because they have a bad product that I can’t keep because it doesn’t work I’m out $100. I was not offered any solution to even fix it or have someone look at it. Do not buy this vacuum get a Dyson.

The warehouse manager has a real attitude Expect to be swore at as soon as you get in the door . Also don’t expect any customer service or help it won’t be there they’re just sitting there having coffee is watching you do it all.Hope this helps some people just be prepared
