Personal level. Great service.Originally said he was booked for 2 weeks, so I inquired about some knowledge about my dryer kicking the breaker. We concluded that it must be the timer, (which I purchased from him) cheaper than I could get it anywhere else. Replaced it and still wasn't working. Was in touch with him throughout this time, and he wasn't short or impaitant with me nagging him. Then just asked if he could come out and fix it for me. He was actually coming out to my area the next day, and was able to stop in. Found out it was the thermostat shorting out. He replaced it for free and said we were even. Only thing I paid for was the timer. All around great service and would highly recommend to others.

Our washer has been leaking for a while so we have Jams a call, service was very patient and friendly and scheduled us quickly and reasonably. The repairman arrived quickly, fixed the issues and was very reasonably priced. Well definitely recommend to everyone and use them again if necessary. Thank you so much

I was having some trouble with my dryer. We had replaced the thermal fuse and pulled off the back of the dryer and noticed the belt was broken. I called jams to ask a simple question, just to see if it was the motor that wasn't working. He was so helpful and walked us theoughhow to chek and we were able to quickly fix the problem.They saved me a big repair bill when he could have just came and did the repair himself. Such great service everytime I have had to use them!
