I went to pick up parcel from Amazon the customer service associate or manager turned me away ar 445pm so I couldn't pick up Amazon package. They had to count therecash till. Do that after the store is closed not before. Rude. Lack of professionalism and customer service.

This store offers a little more than the average dollar store.well stocked store good layout.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Specially one of the girls working thereWent to the store to order balloons, they told me they were not taking walk in orders, and asked me to call during the week. I Called different days and they lied each time...not understanding why they don't want to provide a service.Try filtering your interviews and hire people that aren't rude...

Thank you Marlene & Arunthathy for your help today! :) . I came in right when the store opened to purchase balloons and oh my goodness- others had the same idea on a Friday morning! Already two clients in front of me waiting to order some too! These two ladies really hustled- cashing out clients for balloons and other purchases, coming back to keep going with the balloon orders and even answering phones while completing balloons! So impressive - I was thankful to Marlene for putting aside the night before the last couple Peppa Pig balloons + although the store was super busy, Marlene helped me decide on a beautiful balloon arrangement (efficiently but so kindly at the same time) . Thank you to both of you ladies!! :)

Horrible customer service! People at the store treat you with complete disrespect!! I called in the morning to place an order for helium balloons. I was advised that they have helium shortage and that I would have to walk in to make the order. I explained that the birthday is the next day and asked if I can walk in tomorrow and make the order and was advised that I had to walk in today and order for tomorrow. I did what was advised and walked in and was told that o can make an order and take it now but am not allowed to make an order and pick it up the next day…no reason was provided and the person just looked at me and said “I don’t make the rules”. I saw orders to be fulfilled for tomorrow and asked why I couldn’t do the same and was given the same answer!! Treating people with attitude and frankly not trying to help and providing false information over the phone! Completely unacceptable!!!!

Always had a great experience shopping here, management is extremely friendly along with Staff. My balloon orders always turn out great. Would definitely recommend them to the community.

Friendly people in the store and lots of good finds. Marlene (sp?) has been especially helpful everytime I've been in. Today she sold me some really nice helium balloons for a friend's birthday. Thank you.
