Plant Therapy.

I was looking for a plant delivery service and came across their website. I ordered a sansevieria plant on Tuesday, and it arrived on the Thursday of the same week. You'll have to pay a bit more for delivery if you live outside of downtown Vancouver, but the delivery itself is fast & trustworthy. You also get really great customer service. The plant and pot are both beautiful, and I'd definitely get another plant from them in the near future.

Elle offered such excellent service when I wanted to send my partner a plant for Valentine's Day- even offered to have it delivered as close to the 14th as possible even though I hadn't requested a delivery date. They also offered to communicate with her to coordinate delivery while keeping it a surprise. Very friendly and even sent email confirmation to let me know the plant was delivered. Will definitely be using their service in the future.

I ordered online to receive a large plant delivered to my door (was fast and easy). The online site is so easy to navigate (my favourite aspect is how everything from plant care to toxicity to pets is clearly laid out). The web image is very accurate, and the plant is healthy and so pretty. All my correspondence with Plant Therapy was really positive and professional, and I'll be back!

Very knowledgeable ownership who keep a clean and serene shop that just uplifts you the moment you walk in. I went in looking for a cactus with a nice pot to put in my bedroom. The owners pointed me in the right direction gave me detailed instructions on how to make sure the cactus lives a long healthy life and even had modern looking pots for me to choose from. They even added white little pebbles to really give the cactus an elegant look that fits my room perfectly. If you are in need for plants and are looking for ownership who knows what they are doing this is the place to go!

SO happy I found this shop! I have searched far and wide for a place that sells high-quality plants, modern pots and plant stands at a decent price. Finally, I found Plant Therapy's modern and fresh shop. Not only do they carry the trendiest Pinterest plants, they are well taken care of with extremely reasonable prices in comparison to what is available on the market. The owners are personable and thoughtfully emailed me when their out-of-stock items were back upon my request. I low key don't want too many people finding out about this place, because I want to keep this gem all to myself!

This place is the best! I was only there once before they closed because of COVID, but ever since, they've been super helpful and fast with my online plant orders and also very helpful when it comes to Plant advice and decorating tips!They're for sure my favourite plant spot in the city!
