Mohawk Community Centre

The Mohawk Community Centre is a good place for meetings, small weddings & fundraising events. There are two floors with a full kitchen in the lower level. Each level can be rented individually & it is priced right.

Went to the demolition derby. Had a blast!!!! Ate a homemadeIndian Taco (authentic fry bread) that was quite yummy. Perfect.

My wife and I just held our wedding at the Mohawk Community Centre. Price was definitely reasonable. Huge building. Great people to deal with. Very clean. Nice big industrial kitchen on bottom floor. Would highly recommend to anyone for any occasion. Also to mention they do have a nice stage on top floor and both floors are handicap accessible including elevator.Thanks so much for helping us celebrate our big day!

I found it quite interesting with all of the items they were selling. I have bought was awesome with the Orange tee shirt I got was well worth the money.

The community centre is always available to be booked for events such as wedding receptions to craft show and baby showers etc. So many options. Two levels available for rent, both offering different capacities and uses. Some events can take advantage of both floors. For example, a wedding reception can be happening upstairs while meals are served downstairs. There are many combinations of options. Washroom on both levels, an elevator for those with mobility issues or simply large load deliveries. Full kitchen on lower level with smaller kitchen and bar area on upper level. Plenty of parking as overflow parking is on York Road adjacent to the property.

Those Tyendinega helpers and staff were efficient and really kept up with the cleaning. I felt safe getting my first shot and the goody bag was awesome!! Thanks so much

Came to the meeting last week, had this great idea for a community swimming pool for those hot months. Everyone at the meeting was in agreement that it was a good idea but when we presented it to the chief he said that I would have to defeat him in a naked wrestling match. I agreed and several tribesman came over to me and stripped me naked and covered me in some sort of oil that they called the great lubrication". I felt violated but oddly aroused and found myself as hard as portland cement
