Very unorganized, and does not check accounts before sending invoices. I have received people's information by mistake multiple times. Privacy for clients is lacking.

I have filed my taxes with Michael Kostrich a few times. The firm generally knows their subject, but be aware: Michael and his staff rarely respond to emails or give calls back. This even happens when deadlines are approaching. This is in my books very unprofessional behaviour, and the worst I have experienced so far in kg career. A common rule is maybe 3-4 business days to wait for an email response, and if things are busy that is ok. Completely ignoring 5+ emails and a client over weeks is not. A client should not need to run after someone they are paying for a service. I would not recommend this accountant to anyone. It was a huge hassle dealing with Michael and his firm. I am going to someone else, who actually cares and responds to your, very reasonable and polite, requests.
