Excellent choice and excellent service!

I would put a zero star if it was possible on customer service. We bought a kitchen hotte from this store - after using the Hotte for 1 year, it stopped working. We have been waiting since Dec 2021 for the hotte to be repaired or replaced - no ownership, no quality service to resolve the issue. We have bought appliances from Leon, and received better service.I would recommend you buy your appliances with a meaningful guarantee elsewhere.

Service à la clientèle ET appareils de piètre qualité. Payer pour une garantie et avoir aucun service! Fausse représentation. On m’a dit d’attendre 48h pour un appel alors si le 20 mars 1h58 je n’ai toujours pas de date ET heure de rendez-vous, vous recevrez une mise en demeure sans oublier les dommages et intérêts.

I bought a Kitchen Aid Downdraft range from Pascal Gauthier . I was told I would received it approximately 6 weeks later. I just received it approximately 8 months later. I learned today (day of the delivery) that Corbeil does not do installation. Once I called the installer he told me my conduit for the vent would have to be moved because the specs have changed ( this required some considerable work including cutting ceilings ) Pascal could have told me to verify the specs of the model I bought so I could have been ready after 8 months. This is amongst the very worst experiences I have had as customer. I would not recommend buying from Corbeil and in particular Pascal.

Two of the four appliances I bought there do not work. The store doesn't care and refers to the manufacturer. I have now lost countless work days to wait for reparations, because, beleive it or not, they would change some parts but then the same problems would occur. 2500$ in the trash. It breaks my heart when I pay 200$ a month for the pleasure to own useless appliances financed by a partner company that contacts me without my authorization to offer me shady promotions

I refused to buy a fridge seller was horrible treat me like one of these old car seller . i went elsewere after all.

Michel was great, very professional and tried his best to get us the best prices! Most of the items we were looking for were on the floor unlike the other stores, where we can only see them online. We live in Brossard but it was worth the drive to get that service!

Très bon service au niveau des ventes et service de livraison A1. Tout était bien organisé, ils ont été présents à l'heure dite et ils étaient très professionnels et courtois.
