Love this place! Staff are not only friendly but also knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff are always cheerful and greet everyone that comes in. The facility is kept extremely clean and the fitness floor has all new updated equipment. There are so many great classes and programs to suit everyone from children to seniors. Whatever your fitness goals or favorite activity - this place will accommodate your needs.

Great place for the most part . A little bit irritating when as a paying member , u are denied access to certain things like the pool because of certain events . Members pay for those services , so when not allowed to use it due to what ever reason ( other then maintenance). There should be a discount..or something for the inconvenience, fustrating!! If it wasn't for the pool , and the staff I would definitely consider another gym but the pool is a big seller for many and staff (most)are friendly and helpful.

All around great facility for exercising, watching sporting events, the walking track is free and a great place for walking or jogging in bad weather. June 2022 the gym was updated and is the best equipped in the area.

It was a great experience. My wife, 2 daughters and I went to open- swim on Friday night.(630-830) the change room, showers and pool were clean. Many swimmers,but fun.

I love this centre, my only complaint is I wish the family change room had private shower rooms rather than bring open for all to see in the pool area and lobby.
