I cannot thank the staff at CSN Carlaw enough for the amazing service and speedy turn around. They had my vehicle looking good as new after I was rear ended on the highway. I could not be happier with the repairs done. When I went to pick my vehicle up I had to double check that it was mine it was so fresh looking.

Staff at CSN collision were wonderful in keeping me updated on my vehicles’ repair timeline. They were very friendly and even cleaned up the inside of my car before I got it back. I was very happy with my experience there!

Ben who provides front line customer service and coordinates appointments was great to deal with. He was always very caring, polite and a clear communicator about the process. The only reason I am giving a four instead of a five is that they did not touch up paint some small paint chips located immediately above my new bumper which they replaced and painted. I am not sure if they were not considered part of the area impacted in the accident which was covered by insurance of the person who hit me. It would have been appreciated if they had been touch up painted the chips just inches above the bumper since they were right in that vicinity.

Very good experience in a very stressful time. Car was done before estimated time and returned better than expected. Great job indeed!

It was my first time ever using a body shop for repairs and all I can say is the service and quality of the repair are amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into it with colour match/looks but the paint job matches perfectly, and I swear it looks better than before the fender bender! I’d recommend CSN to anyone, and they will for sure be my go to repair shop going forward. Ben and his team went above and beyond to get my car back to me quickly and did a perfect job! During a wicked storm about a year ago, June 2022, a large tree fell down right in front of my husband as he was driving home. There was absolutely no time to react except for my husband having to endure hitting the tree and going over top of it, causing over $10,000.00 in damages. We found ourselves in a strange situation because of everything being basically shut down by Covid-19 which caused a severe shortage of auto parts. Even though by this time as a Country we were slowly coming out of Covid-19, it still took 10 months for Carlaw Collision to receive all the parts needed to fix our vehicle. CSN Carlaw Collision did everything within their own power to source all parts needed as quickly as possible, but in the end, how long everything took was out of their control! Throughout the whole procress Carlaw did a good job at keeping us updated and informed of any new progress. Once all the parts finally arrived, they were very quick and efficient at putting our vehicle back together. All and all, they did a fantastic job and we were very satisfied with their workmanship!
