Accompanied a friend who was applying for aid from Emploi Quebec. My friend has very little French and no English. Staff, receptionists and interviewer were extremely patient and understanding. They took a long time to find out what he wanted and what they could do for him.

bad envnironment / the service is not very helpful ( at least to me )i am more confused when i have to talk to them , and i do that because e they are close by !!!but hey what do you expect from Quebec gov ??? !!

The staff is so frustrated by their work that they are impatient with they customers and even talk back to them , once you get a agent responsible for your school he dosent give calls back...overal , worst emplois center i visited.

There are couples of counters but staffs are working in just 1 or 2 front window counters so sometime queue gets long. I have visited here couple of times in window Counter 1 and the lady working there is kind & helpful.

That’s why so many person leave Quebec. My agent here told me that “you can not authorize yourself to quit the job”. Is it North Korean? Is my job decided by Government? Sure. I don’t want to use “discrimination” for I have experienced. But it is true.

Very rude staff, an employee named Sylvain Chartrand has no respect and sreamed at a client to leave the office for no reason at all. He mistreated her and even the team leader did not do anything. Worst place ever.
