I’ve been to tons of barbers in Toronto over the years but since finding Waylon & Dan a few years back at another shop I have never had more of a consistent cut.The boys attention to detail is impeccable. They’re considerate and patient and offer absolute killer cuts.The conversation is never awkward and always flowing. Sometimes when I’ve seen the other cutting with a client who doesn’t want to chat they’re always respectful of them so if a quiet cut is what you’re after too then fear not.Honestly, fantastic barbers, great people, you’ll be disappointed elsewhere in comparison.

Waylon and Dan are incredibly talented at what they do. They bring years of experience and style to their new place, which, to say the least, has a nice and cozy, classic vintage barbershop vibe to it. Their service and attention to detail is always superior quality. The well-curated music also adds to the experience. I’ve had my best haircuts with Waylon over the years and he makes it look so effortless every single time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality haircut experience through and through.

Been going to Waylon for all my hair trimming needs for years. Always a solid cut or shave, and super professional service.Not that this has anything to do with haircuts, but the music is always 10/10 too.Haven't known Dan as long, but he's been my backup man when Waylon is on holidays... if I'd met him 1st, he'd be my barber because his cuts are on point as well!All in all, you can't go wrong booking with either of these fellas. Always a great experience.

Consistent cuts, top banter, and a convenient booking system.I’ve been getting my hair cut with Waylon for years now and it has always been perfect. I’ve been to other barbers in that time and the only one I’ve had as good a cut with is Dan, so you’ll be in great hands whoever you’re booked in with here.

You should follow talented people wherever they go: Waylon and Dan may be new to this neighbourhood, but they’ve been cutting hair and building relationships in Toronto for many years. I couldn’t be happier to see two of the nicest guys in their industry go out on their own and make something like this happen. The bar is high in this city for quality barber shops, and these two are some of the best.Coming by to see these two round out their first week in the space was great to see, and I got the same experience I’ve always had from them: a fantastic haircut, warm reception and a great conversation.

Dan has been my barber for the last six years, and he's honestly the best barber I've had.Both him and Waylon are excellent at their craft and I highly recommend both of them (with a little more bias towards Dan).I'm excited that they've opened up their own shop. Their service is top notch. You will feel comfortable, at ease and welcomed the moment you walk through door.

I’ve been seeing Dan for years now (almost 6 years?) Nothing but a great experience every time. I’ve never found a barber who can properly cut my asian straight hair the way he does. I typically get a skin fade, nice and tight with length at the top to style. Never disappointed.

I live in the neighborhood and noticed this barbershop had changed hands, so I just walked in. I got an excellent cut right at the end of the day. I'm sure they are good with hipster stuff, but I'm an older guy with a more traditional style and Waylon (?) did a really great job with scissors.

Was very excited to see Waylon & Dan’s latest spot in the Junction. I’ve had some excellent cuts, trims & shaves from both of these gents over the years & my latest experience at Cornerstone was no exception. Received a first-class cut, with an excellent attention to detail. Friendly conversation within a warm & welcoming atmosphere!
