Go RV Edmonton

Back in January my husband and I bought a used Cougar off Eddie. We did not write a review right away as we wanted to make sure everything was good. Since our purchase my husband has been living in this while away working and we can report that everything has been wonderful and we love the unit so much. Its so cozy and it feels like home. There was a few minor things that have happened but Eddie and Kyle where always there to help with any issues we had. This is a used unit so we knew it would not be perfect. Just wish we had awning lights :( it was one item that was missed while looking at the unit during the day as there was no need to try to turn them on to check (first time buyers) jut wish when this was brought up they would have helped more than just it was a used unit sorry""

Excellent service, very friendly and professional, staff goes above and beyond to satisfy customers needs. Our new fifth wheel was delivered and placed on our lot with great care. The delivery guy(David) took extra care and time to make sure everything was perfect. Great job!!!!

It was our first time looking into purchasing a camper. Tessa was very helpful in getting use the info we needed to able pick the right camper we needed. She was honest and friendly the hole time and didn't rush use on purchasing a camper an let us feel comfortable taking our time to make the right decision for use. I had an awesome experience communicating with Wayne M. at Go RV Edmonton! He was informative, professional, but also was able to continuously make me laugh through the entire process! Although the time to purchase was not right for me to travel from western BC to Edmonton. I will 100% be making that trip when I look to trade in and deal with Wayne!!Thanks again for an amazing, informative experience Wayne!

Robbie has been super helpful in helping us find our new-to-us camper! We had some unique specifics we were looking for and he even drove all the way down to the Leduc location from Edmonton just to view one possibility contender they had there. A very honest salesman too!

We bought an rv and the sales staff easily 9/10 however the service manager gets a zero. We got the run around and eventually I grabbed the part that needed to be changed myself, funny that the inspection report said nothing was wrong. The eve had two broken parts and was never cleaned for us. The walk around was pathetic at best by service. Worst service ever. Will never be coming back again to buy from there.

Tessa was amazing! We are a large family and she was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us what was available and the best options for our growing family + dogs. She included our kids and was very interactive with them making this buying experience not just a boring outing but an exciting lasting memory for them.

We recently bought a 2022 Autumn Ridge and were Extremely Happy with the guys at Go RV Edmonton! We met Dylan, Rob, and Marcus at the RV expo and it was Great!!! They were very Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Very Helpful at finding us the right RV to fit our needs! Thank you guys Very Much for All your help and hard work! Great Experience all around!!!
