very poor service. Calling in to the main line and asking what the hours are for the local office and was told 8 am to 5 pm, arrived at the post office at 3:58 and they were already closed, checked the hours posted outside the building which stated they closed at 4 pm. While I will admit to not liking last-minute customers, the doors were already locked (prior to it being 4 pm) and the clerk flat out refused to assist me when all I needed was to pick up some basic letter mail, all the while there was another customer actually inside with the clerk, signing forms and finalizing mail to send.

Very Helpful in the most economic way to send a parcel in canada

Today I went to this location to ship 2 packages. One of which needed a strip of tape. When I asked if they had any tape handy, I got lectured about how I should have my own tape. The person serving me continued to tell me that I can’t demand tape just like you can’t demand an orange at a grocery store.This all would have been fine if I refused to buy tape. I told her I would buy some from their supplies but she much rather make me feel like garbage than let me fix the issue at hand. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. What an unprofessional employee. I will never return.

A mail carrier put our package in parcel slot B and gave us the key for parcel slot A. Called multiple numbers and went to the office on Kenmount Road and got the same response Sorry there's nothing we can do to help".How can you not help? Do you not sort mail here and put it out for delivery? Do you really not know which drivers cover which routes (as we were told)? After three weeks of waiting for Canada Post to fix their mistake and get the package moved to the proper slot or get the proper key for the slot it was put in

My mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address, I receive mail clearly marked for an address other than my own weekly. Xpress Post deliveries NEVER arrive on time and I'm told repeatedly that they were re-routed because they were sorted incorrectly. I have received notification of a parcel being delivered at least 6 times in the last year however the key is NOT left in my mailbox or the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The older man in the Kenmount Rd office is rude and very disinterested when trying to resolve these issues offering ZERO help. Canada Post should be shut down because it seems impossible for them to provide quality service!!!!

package has been scanned on a friday but saying transportation issues" will not be delivered until wednesday of the following week. why is canada post set up that they have to attempt to deliver it first if i am willing to come pick it up in person. the package is in my name to my address which is exactly what my id says. but i still have to wait 5 days for something just sitting around in the back of the building.Federal Union Employees at their best

They will never deliver your packagae to your home like each and every other courier company. They can't guarantee a delivery date and the wait times and customer service is terrible, whether it's at a local office or toll free number.

Thanks for the card, but as rude as I was treated at the post office in St. Johns NL the Kenmount Rd location I won't be using this service. They were about to take the package and then a lady...I'm assuming a manager came out and very rudely told me that they won't be processing my package and I should bring it to another location because they don't take them there...I mean it is after all a post office. I was told in a very condescending tone to take it elsewhere and deposit it and pay the charges online. It was supposed to be free on Tuesdays....anyway long story short; I will not be returning to this location and I shipped my package with Purolator and paid the price for very friendly service, which to me was quite worth it.

Canada Post needs to learn some manners. They think they can push people around because “they’re so important”. This includes using price hikes, deceitful business tactics and harassment to get their way. I wanted to send a package to Ontario and it was $44 more to send the parcel with priority mail than it was to send the parcel with xPresspost and increased the speed of delivery by only “possibly one business day” not to mention all of the subliminal messaging in their logo when you put this scene together. It costs more money to send a parcel across Newfoundland than it does to send the same parcel to Ontario and the mail clerks harass you until you until the cows come home to spend some extra money whether it be on tracking or an updated delivery method because that is what Canada Post’s mail clerks are paid to do - to tell you off.

I recieved email said my package was processed at the facility .....Package has been there for 3 days in the sorting facility (back of the building) my mailbox is in the front of the building (lobby for lack of better words) and no one knows where it is. Not good enough canada post.
