Lake City contacted me quickly and were very responsive. Eileen was very knowledgeable and quickly got my installation booked. Matt, the installer, was very professional and had my new hot water heater installed quickly and without issue or extra costs! Fantastic results and highly recommended!

*BEWARE* we had a water softener installed by LCM last year. This year we needed a poly B change out, emailed and texted them, didn't get back to me for 2 weeks informing me they were to busy to even give us a quote. So we had another plumber do the job, they discovered the water softener had no drain installed when it was put in, all the water was running into our insulation, our insulation was soak and wet and molding. Immediate had the new plumber fix the mistake, as we were not going to wait another 2 weeks for LCM to get back to us. Informed LCM of the unprofessional job that was done and would really appreciate reimbursement for the $609 we had to pay out to fix there mistake. Of course they refused to reimburse us. The new plumbers even wrote up a letter stating that the water softener install had been done wrong. This job of installing our water softener should have been done correctly the first time, drain included. If we didn't get another plumber we would never had even known of the damage being caused under our trailer. Not to mention how sick the mold would start effecting our heath. We are senior citizens living on a fixed income and feel like we were shafted by this company. I would not recommend them. to anyone.

I used LAKE CITY MECHANICAL to replace my water heater (through Home Depot) - 39 gal (Sept 2022). Their work was excellent.Eileen in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I needed to arrange a specific date, and she worked with me to select a suitable date.The installer (Dale) was pleasant and efficient, he explained what he was doing and also answered my questions readily. He made no mess, and he took away the old heater and all the garbage as well.I asked them to do a couple of other minor plumbing things, and the price was reasonable.I would use them again any time.

Our Technician, Matt, was nothing but a true professional from the time he arrived to the time he cleaned up. He left us with a tidy install of our new upsized Rheem hot water heater.

We had two hot water tanks installed in our rental property in Fall 2019. The installer cut a drain pipe to fit the tank into one of the utility closet in one of the units and did a shotty repair job gluing a fitting to put it back together. This resulted in a flood when the AC was turned on.The repairman we hired to fix the leak asked whether we had the hot water tank recently installed as he indicated the slap-together fix." Lake City Mechanical didn't follow up when I called to complain about their mistake and didn't take responsibility for the damage their employee did

Matt installed our gas dryer. He came at the right time, he did a professional job and we were charged the quoted price. I would recommend Lake City Mechanical for any plumbing jobs. I had a good feeling dealing with them and I was not disappointed; great service.

I was told by my insurance company that I needed to replace my old PolyB plumbing in my whole house. I've dealt with Lake City Mechanical in the past so I called on them for this.
