Great place!Ordered customized replacement blind vanes for only ~$5 per vane. Can't get these sizes in regular stores and the stores are more expensive.

Blinds to Go did an amazing job !Mike and Alex took measurements and they were spot on !!Hani was my blinds consultant and was absolutely awesome. He was so supportive and gave me solid advice.I had an small error with my order and had to speak with the manager Shree and she took care of it in quickly and efficiently without headache.I would not go to any other store to get my blinds. You will not find a better warranty or customer service.I will be going back to get more blinds for my in-laws because they love the blinds so much they want to get them.Thanks so much Blinds to go,Adrian

The 5 stars are for the service that I have received from Blinds To Go. Hani and Keith have shown unlimited patience to picky customers, like us, who ask many questions and are overly concerned about details. They are truly committed to customer satisfaction and are driven to finding solutions. The Manager was also helpful. I've returned a couple of times to purchase blinds from Blinds To Go. I've never had issues. Their products have lasted for many years and are still in great shape. But this time around there were quite a number of hiccups and issues. The blinds went back a couple of times. This would only be the fault of the factory. Despite this, I still think that the service was great from Blinds to Go and that having the help and guidance of a knowledgeable representative who works with you through this entire process, is priceless. It's better than buying from some other online based blind store with no brick and mortar locations. I don't like struggling to figure things out on my own while hoping for the best.

I visited this location with my mother. She had obtained a quote a few months ago without me and I attended to see the fabric options in person.We were eventually greeted by a sales associate. One of us had asked the sales associate about light filtering vs black out roller shade options, and the associates responses were rude and filled with attitude. As an example, I didn’t know how much privacy light filtering options provided, and one of us asked the associate if this option provides privacy. He said yes. Then one of us clarified asking if you could see silhouettes/ see anything despite proximity to the window and the associate said, “no that’s what privacy means”.They have sale going on and the customer service alone at this location has deterred me from spending my money there. I haven’t seen such poor customer service communication in a long time.

STAY AWAY FROM BLINDS TO GO. My husband and I spent thousands of$on window treatments and the level of unprofessional has been absurd. In the beginning when they first visited us for the in home consultation, they were extremely professional, answered all our questions and emails in a timely manner. The minute they took the first payment things took a turn for the worse. They treated us as if they were through with us and wanted to get us off their plate. The installer who claimed to be a contractor made notification that he needed our moving elevator at 9 pm the day before installations were scheduled. That is absurd on a Friday evening. It wasn’t until that same night he and the sales representative told us the installations will consist of loud noises, and asked my husband to check with my building if that was ok. When he messaged my husband he said, “I’m not sure I’m coming tomorrow, I’ll let you know tomorrow morning”. His installations were scheduled from 11:30 AM - 1 PM. it wasn’t until MY HUSBAND REACHED out to him at 1:01 PM that he finally said he is coming.He came to the gatehouse he told our gate keeper “i am going to be drilling, is that allowed?” He called my husband and said, “your gatekeeper won’t let me in.” My husband then spoke to the gatekeeper and he let The installer in. The installer once again told our superintendent, “I will be drilling and doing contract work, is that ok?” Why is he misleading our building authorities and trying to find excuses? Is he a contractor? Why not give us his license when we asked him? When we asked him for his license he laughed in our face. When we got frustrated with him he said, “I have had enough. I don’t even work for blinds to go.” Why would blinds to go send a random man who does not even work for them ? After paying thousands of dollars, this LEVEL of incompetency is not acceptable. This is not how you treat a customer in any circumstance. I will also spare you the details of how the sales representative botched the invoice multiple times. If it wasn’t for my husband catching it twice AND pointing it out himself, we would have been overcharged close to $500
