I’ve been coming here consistently for the past year and always walk out happy. I never used to get my nails done, but I realized it’s not until I found a good nail tech. I love Peter and Ginny they are so skilled with their shape and technique. Trina is also great for pedicures, thank you guys!

EDIT: The Nail Boxx Team followed up with me and offered to redo my pedicure free of charge + provided me a coupon for my next visit. They were apologetic for the poor experience, and I appreciate their willingness to make things right. Heather redid my toes, and they were painted to perfection. Thank you!I went to the Nail Boxx for the first time to get a shellac mani and regular pedi with Peter. My mani came out fine.. he did take his time. My pedi however was actually not well-done. The service itself was acceptable, but after leaving the salon and looking at my toes more closely, I realized the paint job was not consistent at all. The coats painted were patchy and extremely visible on my biggest toe (picture attached). In addition, he did nick me twice which caused some bleeding on my finger and toe. Lastly, I did find the price to be a little on the higher end at $71 and change, after which I also gave a tip.I did leave 1 star because I appreciated the environment- it was beautiful inside and a quiet space. The staff were also respectful, and did not carry out conversations with each other while working as I have experienced at numerous other salons.I’m unsure that I will return after this level of work.

I've gone here about 4 or 5 times now and I've yet to be disappointed. I've had all different people doing my nails, I got shellac manicures and biogel refills here. Everyone is fantastic, the atmosphere of the salon is adorable and cozy but most importantly it's incredibly clean. I am so happy I found this salon because I can be extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I definitely recommend this salon.

I decided to go me and my daughter to do our nails at this nail salon, i usually go with Ginni but this time she wasn’t available so i went with Peter and Krystel for my daughter. My daughter’s appointment was at 3:30pm and no one came before 4:00 pm. Krystel never showed up, took another customer and sent someone else to do my daughter’s nails. “I guess she doesn’t like to deal with little kids”As for Peter, i asked him for French pastel colour gel manicure and as he was doing them i told him “i’m sorry, I don’t like the design, can you just paint on top of what you did? He answered me in a rude way: why you didn’t say that from the beginning? I said i was looking at the ones that you did and they didn’t look the way I expected them to be. He started acting rude and annoyed even though i said sorry many times and that it was my fault. Then while he was painting on top of the french design, he said something while walking away and clearly I didn’t understand at all because of his mask and the way he was talking to me so i put my hand under the UV light and when he saw that he freaked out and said rudely: “I TOLD YOU TO HOLD ON!!”. Apparently the UV colour ruined the nail polish that he was doing so he had to remove them and do them again. After he removed the previous colours he said to only pick one colour because i waisted his entire time and he started accusing me for being rude. when i told him i was about to give him a big tip for the whole job that he was redoing he said: I DON’T NEED YOUR BIG TIP”!I just wanna know WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER??? Maybe i was at fault for asking him to change the design even though he wasn’t done his job at the time I asked him to do so but his attitude was beyond unacceptable!! Never mind what he did, i left him a tip with “Ginni” (the owner) but he surely didn’t deserve it!!!! I’ve been there many many times and not a single time i was rude or disrespectful to anyone especially with Ginni who i always go to. If this nail salon wanna stay in business they definitely need to improve their customer service!!!

I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to get their nails done professionally to come here! I always get my nails done by Peter and he is phenomenal. He is very patient and very meticulous with the way he does his nail art. His visual presentation is exactly what you pictured your design to be. The business is very accommodating when it comes to last minute scheduling. I don’t think I can go to another business to get my nails done. After Peter there will be no one whose able to go above and beyond to ensure customer service is done in perfection. I will highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I got a gel mani and pedi and it was amazing. The service was excellent and the price reasonable. The tech was efficient and skilled. I will definitely be going back

I’ve been here a couple times al ready and have now officially made it a place I’ll always go to for my nails. Everyone is so kind and they’ve always given me exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend this place :)

They did a bomb job on my manicure. Finally had gotten a nice shape. It was my first time there, and I was a little overwhelmed with the options I had. Sensed a little attitude when I couldn't decide on the design, as the designs I wanted weren't good enough for the lengths I had. I get it, time crunch, but don't be mad at me when I'm on time, and anything I showed was undoable . I felt like I spent the longest there for a refill and a shellac Pedi. My Pedi was messy.
