I was there for the store’s opening hours and they were so organized. The young staff all had specific roles and would move you along from registration to finding items and then to cash. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions.

I needed to refund shirts I received 60 days ago - still in their original packaging - and the manager wouldn’t accommodate a refund because of a 30-day return policy and I didn’t but the extended return policy. Beware of returns with this store!

Sorry guys, but honestly I am not sure how you could get such a good overall rating. My order is not accurate with everything wrong on it: my name, my address and even my email. You are upset when I come and follow up in the store as you have no visibility on the back order and advise to reach out to call center. Honestly your logistics is very bad and no matter what you say we need clothes for school and not to wait 4 - 5 weeks. By the way I placed an order for 2 kids, going to 2 different Milton schools, almost nothing was in stock, and I came to the store around 2 weeks prior to school start.

I went into the store since calling to ask questions was impossible since all numbers are not working. I knew what I needed and just had a fast question about the size equivalent and the girl who tried to help me just Stared at me clueless. After politely asking a few more times and her trying to show me something that had nothing to do with my question I just moved on. I Went and picked up what I wanted and had to buy two different sizes since the second young man didn’t know how to use the chart on your webpage for measurements. The only part of the experience that was good was at check out. I had to take an Extremely important phone call and she was able to help me out very fast and efficient so I can could and take the call. My biggest feedback would be if you’re going to use a sizing chart on your website telling us how to Measure the staff working there should understand how it works because it was very frustrating for 15 minutes having to explain over and over again and just Ignoring what I’m asking and then try to sell me on something that had nothing to do with why I was there. Then I had to go back again today to do the returns and an exchange for the size I needed.

Sephra is honestly an amazing employee. She has an outgoing energy and always had a smile on her face. She managed to help us in every way possible. 10/10 experience!

Excellent customer service from Mia and she showed great leadership while not interrupting helping us. She managed the line while checking us out and everything was seamless. It made the process much more simple because let's face it... None of us want to go uniform shopping after JK which is the first cute shopping... After that... Same year after year. The store was organized but lacked inventory which is expected every year in August.

Had a great experience today from the start. We did not have an appointment but were helped anyway without feeling like we were a nuisance. We were helped out by Ava who was polite knowledgeable and welcoming. They had the sizes we needed, lots of space and clean and organized.
