I'm glad I found Penny's clinic, she is not only a professional but a caring person, and she gave all the support I needed during the few visits to her clinic while waiting to have an appointment to see a specialist.It's worth mentioning that if you call the clinic and nobody answers the phone, you will receive a call back a few minutes later.

I've been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years and had numerous audiologists, Penny has been the best I've ever encountered. She's caring, attentive, and creates a great customer experience to the point where you feel like old friends whenever you see her. I Hear Canada is an immaculate office and offers the most up to date technology. My entire family goes to Penny and I don't see that ever changing as she is the best! If you need a hearing aid, or not sure, go and set an appointment. The services she offers goes beyond just hearing tests and aids.

I picked up my new hearing aids yesterday and I have to say I'm absolutely delighted! For me, these are truly life changing. Whereas before I had difficulty understanding what people were saying, and would often even have to tune out completely when with group of people, I now feel connected again. It's been way too long since I could say that. I can even understand what people are saying on TV! If you have a hearing impairment but are hesitant to seek help I strongly urge to go see Penny. I'm definitely glad I did. I've been putting this off for years but, given how helpful and supportive Penny has been, I can kick myself for not having done this sooner. And, furthermore, I have never even for a moment felt I was under any pressure to purchase. There are many places that sell hearing hearing aids, and many places undoubtedly provide quality service. But as good as these other places may be I can guarantee you that you will never find any place better than Exquisite Hearing Clinic. Trust me, you will not be sorry.

Penny always saves me from ear wax and dry skin that got stuck in my tiny tiny ear canal, she is so warm and nice. Thank you so much Penny :)

I really liked the fact that I was able to try a pair of free demo hearing aids before I committed. Penny is very good at what she does and I was very pleased with the hearing aids that I got. Easy to use and very helpful in my day to day lifestyle. I have already highly recommended Exquisite Hearing to friends and family.

Went into the office today and dealt with Penny. Incredible customer service as she took a quick look into my ears and suggested I not get the Ear Wax removal as it was not needed. Thats proper honest business, most other companies would have done the work to make a quick dollar. Thank you Penny you are a gem
