CVOS Oral Surgery

Dr. Elias and the staff at CVOS were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed and 6 surgical exposures. I was very anxious before my consultation. Dr. Elias and the staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.The clinic is very clean and comfortable. If you accompany your family to surgery like me, don’t forget to bring a cup of coffee or drink with you on the day of surgery.We had an amazing experience. I highly recommend CVOS.

Dr. Kienle and his staff have been very warm and kind from booking the consultation all the way to the end of my follow -up appointment. Dr. Kienle is very knowledgeable and was very patient in answering all my questions and made sure I knew what was happening. He made me feel comfortable to do the procedure and his staff was great with explaining care instructions as I didn’t know what to look out for. They pointed it out before I even asked, which was amazing! They guided me all throughout the process. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received from them.

I had a great experience at CVOS Oral surgery. Dr.Elias is very friendly and patient and knowledgeable. The surgery was quick, smooth and painless. I also expected to have a swollen or bruised face the next morning, however there was no sign of surgery done even though there was an extraction of a large infected tooth and I had the wisdom tooth next to it removed. So far the recovery has been very smooth and pain is very minimal and manageable. The nurses are also very kind friendly and patient and the clinic and operating room are very clean. A nurse called me the next morning to check up on me. Would definitely recommend CVOS!

Big 5 star! Very pleased with my visit to CVOS in Mississauga. I seen Dr, Stephen Ho and he was amazing, he was very patient, explained everything, and took his time with me, which was very much appreciated, as I was very nervous.And although I was originally only in for an extraction, I inquired about an implant as it was a critical tooth, and Dr Ho was able to do the implant for me same day after the extraction. The whole team that tended to me were very warm and professional, and I felt very safe with them giving me a general anesthesia, when I couldn’t do the local. I highly recommend Dr Ho and CVOS for any of your dental needs.

Updated: I was shocked by your answer.1. I never pointed out #47 tooth broken caused by previous work on it. Actually there is no any previous work on it since it has been filling ten years ago. Please check my dentist record, there is no any work on this tooth in ten years, also there is no record of #47 broken in my dentist file.2. The dentist referral me to do #48 extraction because it is hard to clean and it's location blocks the further treatment to #47 if it is necessary some day. So it is better to remove it early.3. Please see the attached imaging which is used for #48 extraction surgery. There is no any damage or broken of #47 tooth before surgery. This imaging proved #47 is good before surgery. Suppose it was broken before surgery, why the surgeon did not mention it to avoid the dispute before surgery?4. I found #47 broken after the sedation numbness. It is impossible for me to broken this tooth by myself because the big bleeding hole beside it after surgery. I can not chewing by #47 tooth, I was even not able to eat within one week. Please let me know how I broke this tooth by myself after surgery?5. X-ray shows both part of #47 tooth and part of filling to #47 are all broken. It is impossible damaged by chewing. Only it can be done by sharp tools.6. I can spend $1405 for one wisdom tooth extraction, do you think it is necessary for me to extort $285 from you to fix my tooth?7. You said you need to place blame somewhere and have chosen Dr. Listrom" "your misguided perspective" I never know Dr. Listrom before

My 95-year old mother has had a couple of procedures – one of which was “complicated” - performed by Dr. Olivia Lo of CVOS. She is very professional in what she thinks is best and most suitable for her patients. The staff and assistants are friendly, attentive and have a caring attitude. It is apparent that the technologies and the cleanliness of CVOS are top notch. I highly recommend it to everyone. Sometimes it can happen. Going to the dentist is not a pain but rather a pleasure.
