I’m at my wits’ end with this company’s products.At first, I had a great experience with this company. They called me moments after I had filled out a contact us page on their website and quickly set up a time to pick up the knee scooter the next day. The first couple of weeks on the knee scooter helped me a lot especially since I’m a teacher working on the second floor of the school. I specifically chose the all terrain so that I could have some freedom to walk my dog, go for outings, and go to work.I didn’t notice my tire pop the first time until I went to the bathroom at the Scotiabank Arena while on a field trip. It was fine on the commute there, scootering down Bay St. and getting around. I’m not sure what cause the tube to inflate like that and burst the tire. Anyway, I contacted the company with photos and they responded immediately saying they could swap the scooter out for another one. When we went to swap it, my husband noticed another scooter in the shop that looked like it had a similar problem with the tire but didn’t think much of it.A few days later (today) on the way back from a film festival located near my school, I noticed it became challenging to push on the knee scooter. I realized shortly after that it was because the tire burst again! How is that I have this incident within days of each other? Thankfully I get my cast off tomorrow but this is ridiculous and feels like negligence on behalf of the company and an even bigger issue with the knee scooter manufacturer.I would not recommend this company despite how swiftly they’ve responded to my issues.

Beware. This company does not appear to currently be practicing fair business. I ordered my knee scooter a month ago and it has still not arrived. I needed to get one elsewhere as they have FAR surpassed their advertised 48 hour delivery and by the time I got it, if I ever did, I’d no longer need it. They are impossible to get in touch with but did process my payment immediately. My credit card company is now going to help me get my cancellation and refund for undelivered product as I’ve had no luck on my own.

My experience was great with Knee Walkers Canada. Delivery was slightly delayed however they were very communicative throughout the process. I could have not survived having my broken ankle without the use of the scooter! Would definitely recommend.

Do not rent from this company. I attempted to rent a knee walker off their site and after multiple attempts at call/message/email I received no ETA until 3 days later that they didn't have the item available and offered only a much more expensive option or a refund. I asked for a refund and a confirmation as to when it could be expected and never heard back. It has been 3 weeks and still no refund.I never write reviews but I feel as a consumer I would want to be informed given the need of the product. Go elsewhere (I went to In Motion and they were great).

I am able to use my Knee Walker in my small studio as well as outside. I hitch my back pack over the handle bars (hanging in front of the knee rest) and carry groceries. I cannot use crutches or an ordinary walker. Without the knee walker I would be house bound. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Shipping was fast and easy, and the knee walker itself was a life saver! The standard version was perfect for using inside a small apartment, and so much easier than crutches! My only regret is that I didn't rent one sooner.

Great service! Super responsive and convenient- they delivered next day and on a Sunday! Highly recommend. The walker is pretty fun too and definitely makes life easier.

BEWARE!! Why isn't there an option to give ZERO stars? My stepmom ordered a knee walker May 3rd... still no sign of it, 10 days later! Her broken leg will be on its way to healed before this thing arrives, if it ever does. The company rarely replies to emails or phone calls so thankfully there's recourse through your credit card company and you can dispute the charge so you don't have to wait for the Knee Walkers Canada to give you a refund when they completely fail to deliver. It's not like ordering most items online where you can afford to wait a little ; mobility devices have a limited window of time where they'll be useful for people who are healing injuries.

The product itself has been very helpful. The company...not so much. Their site says same day delivery within Toronto but they did not have any units available when I ordered. I've had to do 2 repairs myself (blown tube and ripped tire) because they were not able to swap out the unit and do the repairs themselves. I was told to go to a bike shop but I was not able to find o e that would service the unit so I bought the parts myself and submitted the receipts but have yet to be refunded. They have now stopped answering the phone and do not respond to my emails asking for an update for my refund. I've resorted to internet reviews to egt their attention...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - they take your money and don’t answer the phone or emails and worse, don’t send the knee walker!We were given a flyer by the fracture clinic at CVH and have told them to STOP giving out the flyer.This company has obviously folded over the past few months but has not updated their website and is still accepting orders and payment (although not providing the service). After a week of waiting, we rented a knee scooter from a local company and contacted our credit card company to reverse the charge, which they did. AVOID this place!!
