Absolutely love coming this location I’m a regular with all the amazing sales. Today I had the absolute best interaction with Alex he (not sure of pronouns) was so unbelievable kind, outgoing and knows his stuff. He recommended some new scents that I loved! I’m extremely picky and once I told him my preferences bang! Tons of new scents to last me until the next sale! Thanks so much Alex you’re truly an asset to the bath and body works team!

This is a pretty decent BBW store, and quite pretty because it’s a larger White Barn location. I still find the products to be fairly overpriced (either here or any BBW store for that matter), because a candle should never be regularly priced at $27. The store is typically very clean and organized, and well stocked. I found the staff here to be a mixture of friendly and snobby. Some help in a genuine & friendly manner, while others don’t seem too happy, and it’s obvious they are only helping you to collect a paycheque. That being said, lately I find that I stop into this location only if I absolutely have to.

Great location, helpful staff, and products are always good. There's a scent for everyone. Soap, candles, hand sanitizer, wall flowers, and body spray would be my top recommendations

The staff are always right there and willing to help. They are actually very well staffed. They are professional. The displays are wonderful! I especially like that they have such a huge selection. I actually couldn't get a particular scent of fragrance mist in Hamilton. So I called and this Burlington location and they set what I wanted aside. I recommend all my friends and family to go here. I love them.

The lime ridge mall provides better service, Rosey and Carolyn do not provide good customers service they should not be in management roles

Store is always clean and organized. Great selection of products and scents. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always good sales and deals. Everything from handsoaps, body wash, body scrub, plug in wall scents, car fresheners, body mist, body moisturizer, sanitizer, lip gloss, candles and more.

Drove a half hour for a scented candle they said they had in stock only to find out it was sold out when I arrived. Sales staff should know their inventory.
