Asked for a sausage and bacon English muffin and it came without bacon. No problem. Went into the store after noticing to have it corrected and they ignored me and gave me glaring looks. Then she remakes the Sam which without toasting it. Absolutely garbage customer service and horrible attitudes. Do yourself a favour and skip that Tim’s.

Coffee tastes like strait Baileys creamer DISGUSTINGI am truly starting to believe that people that work in these fast food chains are not trained properly or are not vetted in the language of English.I’m not racist I’m Canadian I deal with diversity every single day.Tim Hortons is fell off this is officially my last time going there the coffee‘s are always burnt I have to get triple triples now my coffee‘s have too much milk and creamer in them I go back to double doubles the coffee‘s are always burnt it’s just disgusting.Disappointing, the “new” Canadian bacon breakfast sandwich you mean the old ham that you put on your lunch sandwiches?! That is not a Canadian bacon sandwich it was six layers of cold wet soggy meat that destroyed my sandwich and was a disgusting experience this is the last time I’m going to Tim Hortons

Drive thru was extremely slow with only one car ahead,with a small order. We only had 2 drinks that they where unable to get correct. I understand short staff but the staff that is on should be compidant to get a 2 drink order correct

Have been here many times as I work close to them, they are always very friendly people!! They Try There Best In Keeping The Customer's Happy!! They Are A Very Clean Store!! They Have Locks On The Bathrooms Which In This City Is For Sure Needed! Somtimes Annoying Having To Ask For Codes, But Rather Be Safe!! Food And Drink Is Always Fresh!The Drive Thru Is Always Opened At 10:30-11!!Love this Tims!!

I would’ve liked to of added a picture to this review. I ordered an iced coffee with no ice and the drink they offered was filled to the to of the S in Hortons. Very disappointing. When I asked about it, they said “that’s how we offer them if you don’t get ice”. What a rip off! I’ve ordered this drink many times, even at this location and have never been offered a drink like that.

This location is a joke.I went to the drive-through and waited 10 minutes before ordering. I got 2 bagels, potato wedges and a coffee and of course, they forgot to give me my potato wedges which then I parked and walked inside. There was a lady wiping the counter and I went up and politely told her I was just in the drive-through and I order potato wedges that I never got. She looked at me and said “you will need to stand in line because I’m not a cashier and their is nothing I can do for you”.... the line was outside the door. I don’t have time to stand their and wait another 10 minutes to get the potato wedges I already paid for.Both bagels were rock hard and the coffee looked like milk.Very disappointed in the customer service and food and would suggest driving across the city to find another Tim Hortons.

The in store Service is marginal at best, they Service the hell out-of the drive through as I have heard that managers perks are driven by fast through put times.

The food has never really been the reason I have gone to Tim hortons but the coffee has been and its been pretty meh recently. The spot and atmosphere is lovely and usually quiet

The experience was ok. Bit long to get order. Here the thing: the counter girl gives you an order number. That's fine. The person who gives you the food only calls out sandwiches, not the order number. A few of us were not sure if it was our order or not. Please just stick to the order number

I ordered a sausage farmers wrap and added bacon, which I paid extra for, and did not get any. I also ordered a bagel belt and they gave me a single shred of lettuce and a single piece of bacon. Just all around poor quality, no attention to detail and lazy employees who aren't bothering to correctly make orders
