Fantastic service from start to finish. I thought my laptop was ready for the scrap heap. They not only fixed the issue but upgraded it to latest Windows etc so it's now like a brand new laptop but for much less cost. Explained what they were doing and why and kept me informed at all times.Thank you!

Fantastic service - Comprehensive yet efficient, very fairly priced and with outstanding customer service. My laptop went in running unbearably slowly and came back the next day running better than the day I got it. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

We had a serious problem with our old, slow laptop. John's advice was to simply replace the drive for an up-to-date and much faster one and install Windows10. We agreed a very reasonable price and he did the work the same day, even loading some programs and files from the old drive and setting it up as a spare back up drive. Excellent service given in a very friendly and extremely helpful way.

Great service from John and his team. Friendly, efficient and affordable. They did not try to upsell anything, just fixed my laptop for a fair price. Great costumer service; if any of our other family laptops break I'll certainly know where to go.

Please confirm the terms of service carefully before deciding to get you machine repaired here. I called for an update regarding the laptop I had dropped for repair and was told it is with the engineer and they will let me know when there is an update. When I called again after a few days as I didn’t hear from them (a mistake from me as I misheard them over the phone, and thought they will update me by the end of the day). I was told that my machine is waiting for parts, parts are in transit from china and will take approximately 12 days. At this point I was a bit concerned as I was initially told they will have a look the machine and will let me know if it can be fixed. When I raised this concern, I was told not to worry I will be given a quote and if I am not happy the machine will be returned without being repaired. Fast forward a few days I receive a call informing me that the engineer has rejected the repair due the machine being badly handled during a previous repair. The was not repaired by anyone earlier. Even if I disregarded this fact and accept the diagnosis, the many stories I was told regarding the current state and the repair process discourages me from using their service in the future.

I recently bought a laptop from this local computer store. John and his team were excellent. They set the laptop up with everything I asked for. It’s such a personal service one does not get from the major stores. I would strongly recommend computer solutions.

A proper computer shop (not many of these top standard little independents around these days), helpful, friendly and have what you need... Those little things that the big stores never stock - in my case some thermal paste.Brilliant little find and excellent customer service! 11/10!If you need a computer store, please support them! :-)

These guys were brilliant and really lived up to recommendations!So friendly and helpful, even rolling out the 'big machines' while sticking to cost quoted and contacting me in the evening to say the work was done. Within 24 hours I'd got the photos I needed back, safely installed on a new eternal drive. What better service could I ask for? God bless
