I had a starling’s nest embedded in the kitchen hood vent. I called and received same-day service which was not only reasonably priced but the removal of the nest and hatchlings was done in a seamless and most professional manner. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this company. Huge shout out to Oliver Clayton who was exceptional! Oliver identified our problem while driving by our house for another call. We had been struggling to get someone to come and help with an animal living in our attic and Oliver miraculously appeared at our door like the Mary Poppins of pest control. He took time to explain everything that was being done, was lovely to deal with and very professional. We are happy with the humane approach to removing a raccoon from our home. I would not hesitate to recommend the organization (I’d ask for Oliver specifically). Thank you!

We had a bird nesting in our 2nd story bathroom exhaust vent. Within 2 days of my initial call, we had Oliver out for a site inspection. He was very efficient and completely prepared, and happy to explain what the process was.We had thankfully caught this issue early so the damage was minimal, and he was able to remove the debris and install a screen to solve our issue. Will absolutely call him again if we end up with more rogue wildlife!

Contacted Terminix Ottawa and spoke with Gerry who got us set up for the Home Protection Plan. Within a week we had Nathan arrive, very pleasant, personable and professional to deal with. Explained everything that was to be done before proceeding. A pleasure to deal with both Gerry & Nathan.
