Nice guy and all but something in my cold cut smelled very foul. I tasted a couple bites and it also tasted off. The broccoli soup was microwaved in front of me for 1-2 minutes, shouldn't it be from a hot well ? Gross experience I threw my sub out and peaced!

The care and dedication displayed by the owner of this Subway location is truly remarkable. Situated in a highly convenient location, I have had the pleasure of visiting this store three times, and each time I was blown away by the owner's exceptional sandwich-making skills and attention to detail. The effort, generosity, and care that goes into crafting each sandwich and salad is evident and truly sets this establishment apart.The difference it makes is astounding, and I am hopeful that the owner continues to uphold this level of quality. Moreover, the new location's modern and clean appearance is a refreshing departure from the traditional Subway color palette of yellows and browns, and gives the impression of a higher-end establishment.The food is simply outstanding, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. These are hands-down the best sandwiches I have ever had from any Subway restaurant.The service is beyond exceptional, deserving an impressive 11/10 rating. You truly have to experience it yourself to believe it, that's all I'll say.The atmosphere is also top-notch, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. The cleanliness of the store and the friendly and welcoming personalities of the staff really seal the deal. There is no other restaurant in Orillia that can compete in terms of the care and attention put into every aspect of the dining experience.

I recently visited a Subway store located in 130 Atherley Rd Unit , Orillia, and I was very impressed with my experience there. The store was clean and well-maintained, with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they greeted me as soon as I walked in.I ordered a classic Italian B.M.T. sandwich, and I was pleased with the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The bread was perfectly toasted and had a great crunch, and the meats and vegetables were clearly fresh and of high quality. The staff also offered a range of sauces and toppings to choose from, and they were very accommodating of my requests.The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful in guiding me through the options. They were also attentive to my needs throughout my visit, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything else.Overall, my experience at this Subway store was excellent. The best subway I have been to. This is a family owned business and the owners treat my family and I very well. This is their new location as the old location closed and I am happy they are back. Great customer service skills, quick when making subs, and always clean. They greet every customer very well. EVERYONE go here if you want the best experience ever!!!!!!!!

I often frequent this location and have had an ok/subpar experience. Last night we went in and whom I assume to be the owner had turned off the open sign over a half hour before being closed. We assumed it was a mistake since there was another customer in and staff working. He said they did not have the bread we wanted, but then after saying we would go to another location, he said wait and pulled out what we asked for. He also said he could not toast our bread and asked if he could just microwave. Again, after saying we would go to another location, said he would toast it for us. We were clearly not wanted and were an inconvenience. Will not be returning.
