Let me start off by saying I have been dealing with these guys for over three years, deciding to give Space Aid your business is the best decision you can make, here is why: These guys know how to treat a customer right, big or small! All the way from the warehouse associates, to the reception, to the accounting, and to the sales team; they really work as a team to give you timely and accurate service. Never had a hiccup with an order. Picking up your order is a breeze, no waiting hour or even 30 mins. In sales, I deal with Jay, and let me tell you he is everything you could ask for in a sales manager -> professional, trustworthy, PATIENT, passionate about what he does. Jay has always picked up my calls, wether it be morning or evening, listened to what I have to say, processed my ordered in a timely manner and above all, treated me like an actual human being and not just another number in a database. They have manufactured custom racks and beams and special pieces for me at absolute best prices you can find. All of their products have good pricing, from the uprights, beams, mesh, cantilever racking, and shelving. Absolute pleasure to always deal with them is what I am trying to say XD.

Really unsafe to work inside the warehouse. Saw 2 forklifts collide and many injuries being reported. Wouldn't recommend
