Full Spectrum Defense
I took the Level I Women’s Self Defence Course with my 14 year old daughter and I was so impressed by what we learned. We learned easy, practical techniques to help keep us safe in unwanted situations. The four instructors were so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even better. We can’t wait to take Level 2, I would highly recommend everyone to take this course.

I participated in both level 1 and 2 women's self defense courses over the past month. James and his team are amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and encourage participation in all scenarios. As a woman I consider a course like this one of my most valuable tools and now feel a new level of confidence in myself and my abilities. I cannot recommend fsd enough!

Just took the Full Spectrum Defence Women's Self Defence Class on Saturday Feb 2, 2019. It was amazing. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations. Through the summary of the class, I knew there would be practice sessions. But you were never pressured to participate in them if you were not comfortable. There is something that raises the bar when you are practicing what you are being taught. The shock, your reaction; they can not be predicted. So going full out on the movements elevated the learning. It takes the mystery out of the what if's"The instructors were fully knowledgeable

This was a great course. My daughter and I had a good experience, with lots of clear instruction and hands on help. I feel it’s a very valuable course for everyone and wish I would have done something like it sooner for myself, but glad I got the opportunity to do it with my daughter.
