COS (cost of sale) is owned by the H&M group The H&M group also owned other clearly defined brands like H&M, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories, Cheap Monday, H&M Home and ARKET. Together the brands offer customers a wealth of styles and trends in fashion, beauty, accessories and homewares.Simple design store which I would give 3 star or even two star for it, but as far as quality goes it is one of the greatest brands.

The clothes are beautiful and the store is nicely laid out but I found that the staff was generally cold and unhelpful. even when I asked for help, I was mostly left to find things on my own and it left a sour taste of my experience. That being said I love the clothes and I will definitely order online!

Nice store. Pretty popular, but I don’t quite understand why. My friend likes their stuff, though. This place is nice for lounging around and waiting. The photo book they had on the second floor, “Spectrum” by John Pawson was pretty good.Staff are good. Good memories.

I love this brand for simple, elegant designs. BUT, I have to provide this feedback on the recent (60%) sale I was emailed about. We all know that a true sale offers items you saw in the store from months (you may her been eyeing) before, NOT stuff that looks like it was rounded up from the warehouse - that is super old, out of fashion - inventory. So disappointed that one of my favourite brands would pull that..

Love this store! Store layout and architecture is beautiful, clothing and standard are well kept and the quality vs price of the garments is amazing. Had a great experience with the staff, really helpful and welcoming. Recommend 100%

I like the clothes and the style of this line. The only thing that needs improvement are the change rooms. There should be more hooks to hang the clothes. It's Canada, we dress in layers, we need to put our clothes somewhere after we take them off. There are only two small hooks, each can hold only 3 hangers, and a smal shelf fit to put a cellphone on. No stools, nothing. The carpets in the change rooms could stand vacuuming too.

Bigger store than others we've visited. Employees were super helpful with tips and recommandations while trying on pieces.Good for women and men.

The store is clean and big but the sales associates here need a reality check. We spent an hour in this store and not a single person asked us if we need help or advise. More so, we had to actively go look for them, so we can check if they have our size. Obviously this has nothing to do with the clothing/brand but I really wish the sales guys were friendlier and nicer to customers - it was just a bit frustrating that they made 0 effort to help us (or others), especially in the changing rooms.
