Receptionist is always available and courteous, free coffee provided, will feed public if food is there when random people show up, new Act and Legislation run by the Agency. I excited to see positive changes play out.

Rips a child from a loving clean environment without even requesting a meeting with family to discuss any allegations which were made by a child who is angry at being grounded...very unethical behaviour on the part of the agency..now all headway made with this troubled child will go backwards due to this interruption in her life
