Went to this uhaul Place during the day, there was an open sign but door was locked. Called twice over 2 days and no one answers the phone. No choice but to go to another outlet as this place is not a proper business

I was pretty unimpressed with this location. The previous day when I rented the truck, I didn't even get the option to refuse insurance. They just added it. When I went to return the truck, my car was blocked in by a Uhaul van. I had to move the van myself that was blocking my car. I had to take a picture of the kilometers/fuel for the vehicle I was returning and show it to the person at the desk. I did ask to have insurance removed; they agreed to do so, but does not to appear to have been done. Will never set foot in this location again.

Had a date and time set to rent a truck. Nobody answered the phone day of my rental. Had to call Uhaul who directed me to the uhaul on second street. The guy at second street says it happens all the Time. He was professional and informative.Second Street uhaul location I recommend. If you get told to to to Vincent Massey, ask them to pick another location. Save yourself the hassle.

We walked into this location today to rent a 15ft U-Haul truck. The website said it was available. The woman at the front desk told him they were closed and wouldn't rent the truck.He came back out to the car and we tried to call other locations. He pulled up the website again to show her it is available.He walked right back in and somebody that came in after us was given the keys to the U-Haul we tried to rent and all she had to say about it was oh

The worker helping us was a child, couldn't have been over 13 years old.The truck was very dirty with old meat on the floors. It was also broken with the heating vents coming off on the drive.Very disappointing.

I booked a 26 foot truck from this business 4 weeks in advance, and when I went to pick it up, there was no one there who could help me and no 26 foot truck. I am moving and have help arriving to assist with the move, but no truck. I would not advise anyone to deal with this operator at the Fairview Motel in Cornwall, as they have no idea what they are doing. I am so angry and frustrated with them and U Haul. They have placed me in a very difficult position.

Not very happy with uhauls inventory. I was unable to rent anything around the moving season due to there lack of any rentable vehicles. I was lucky able to get a trailer at homedepot. So I likely will be returning there for my future rental needs.

We came through Cornwall on our way East with a 20 foot uhaul truck. We felt that it was overloaded and wanted to upgrade to the larger 26 footer. The dealer assisted us with the upgrade with some assistance from areas general manager, then allowed us to unload and load in the back lane behind his business. They checked on us all day and offered assistance where they could. We are thankful for all they did for us as it was a harrowing day.
