worst service EVER , NO SERVICE . I ordered a bicycle online , which they had in stock . Tried calling multiple times with no answer , finaly got threw to them just to get told they dont have the bike in stock

I called the Ste Therese location on a Sunday to purchase a very expensive road bike and they were able to prepare it for me by the end of the day as I was driving from Ottawa to purchase it.The bike is amazing.I did have an issue with some fitment, and Benjamin went above and beyond to help me sort my new bike to perfection. The professionalism he demonstrated deserves recognition.He is an enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable cyclist.I wish more shops had staff with his love of the sport.Thanks to all the staff for my outstanding experience, it was worth the drive from Ottawa - twice!

I have been a client for over ten years.I have had alot of issues with bikes, because I ride alot and I am hard on the gear.They have always resolved them quickly.The service is excellent, the staff is always smiling, and really know what they are talking about.They have great on hand inventory, and the prices are fair.I have been to many bike stores all over Quebec, and I highly recommend Quilicot Sainte-Thérèse for professional athletes, amateurs like myself, family and kids.Thank you!

Après 1100 Km les freins à disque faisaient un bruit d’enfer, je décide d’installer des plaquettes ORGANIQUEJe démonte les plaquettes, trouve le numéro du vélo, des freins et même le numéro de pièces des plaquettes. et me rend chez son plus gros compétiteurAprès 10 minutes au comptoir, on finit par me répondre, le jeune homme a l’air plutôt perdu Il cherche pendant 15 minutes dans l’ordinateur, et me propose de plaquettes semi métalliques, (ce n’est pas ce que j’ai demandé). Personne ne l’aide il y as pourtant beaucoup de personnel aux pièces. Il fini par me dire désolé on as pas cela.Je me rends chez QuilicotAu pièces, seulement un jeune, qui me répond instantanément, Il juste a regardé ma pièce et me donne une pièce qui fait parfaitement. Wow je l'ai félicité il semblais surpris LOL
