Bumped up rating from 1 star to 3 since they have recently been more competitive with pricing! We appreciate it Petro! Still lacking politeness and good prices inside store though otherwise would have rated higher.Original Review; Consistently the most expensive for gas (and other items) in the Region and even more than most GTA stations. Avoiding this place will save you money, they are taking advantage of you!

This gas station is ALWAYS 2-5 cents more than any other Petro Canada! For example, Reg gas here is 157.9, Northfield Petro Canada is 155.9! All the staff are somewhat ok. Whenever I’ve been into the store it seems to be “missing” the usual Petro Canada cleanliness & available products. It reminds me of a small town gas station that may or may not carry supplies. I actually live 500m from this station, but I prefer to drive 2.0 km to another station. I do not like going into this station and the attendant is on the phone talking to someone while serving me. It’s not professional. I would really have to be stuck and running on empty in order to go to this station ever again.

Rude service. Dirty place and overpriced items. This Petro Canada is the worst I’ve encountered. Even though it’s the closest to home, I try to avoid.

While pumping gas I noticed the price tally was going up really fast, I stopped pumping and noticed it was still adding cost to my purchase. I immediately put the pump back into holster and it finally stopped. While paying I informed the clerk of what had happened and was blatantly ignored. Beware if you get gas here. If the malfunction was intentional I believe it is criminal, if not they should get it fixed immediately. Regardless I will never get gas here again.

The employees are always kind but someone has decided to forgo prices on half of the items in the store. No matter how many times I suggest that they show their prices, they dont. So instead of buying all the things I want, I usually only get one or two things there.

I bought gas this afternoon here. I don't normally go to this station. I went into pay as I wanted to buy a bottle of water. The fridge said $1.59. I was charged $2.50 with taxes. I did not complain about the price. I gave the cashier a $10 bill. He gave me change and insisted I gave him a $5 bill. He put the bill away so there was no proof. I was not in the mood to argue with him or ask to see the video of the transaction. I know I will not be back. Others be vigilant about currency exchange. I am sure this is not the first time they have pulled this with other customers.

The worst gas station/convenience store I've ever had the displeasure of going to. They openly do not enforce the mask bylaw.And every single one of their items (except probably cigarettes, because they can't) are marked up by $7 or more.They even went out of their way to not carry packs of toilet paper... Instead they have individual rolls for just shy of $2 a piece.$15 for cat litter..$12 for a small bag of dry cat food, just as an example.Wow... Just wow.I am disgusted and appalled.I will never shop here again, I'll go out of my way to go to the Big Bear (that is infinitely better btw) just up the street.The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I pay at the pumps especially these days so I'm happy its close on my way the Sobeys and Starbucks on a quiet street.Works for meI rarely enter a store,
