Riverview Campground

Not to bad for the price but definitely not good for anyone with mobility issues! Giant unsafe hills with no stairs. Bathrooms are beyond disgusting! The cabins are clearly not used at all but are offered out still to campers they have the basics hydro and a roof but don’t try to use the water! If there is any it’s ice cold. Amazing people though and nice owners how ever they don’t do much and there is no “office” to check in to or get directions from.Can honestly say we won’t be back

I went camping in a cabin over the last long weekend of the summer, I have never been around such a friendly group of people, when we got there they were getting ready for a Halloween trick or treating for the kids and I must admit it was almost better then Halloween night it's self, every trailer was decorated and the whole trailer park was involved! My 10 year old son had such a great time and so did all the adults. Later on that night they had a dance which was so fun and had chips and dips in a buffet style that were delicious. The view of the river was beautiful and the park manager Pam was extremely helpful and friends with everyone. We will definitely be back and look forward to it!!!!! This place is really family friendly it was one of the best times we had this whole summer

We are second generation campers at this park. Our family loves it because it’s always friendly with people. The pool is nice but my kids love the river for swimming or fishing.The beauty of this place your are out in the country, but only 15 minutes from London.

Not a very clean park after 2 years of being there we have left. Garbage all over the place washrooms that you can not use due to never being cleaned. Also due to a lack lack of management at this park our trailer was heavily damaged sometime over the off season. Not once did anyone even call to say that. If someone would have called we may have been able to save it. I would love to get ahold of the owner of this park and have a few words with him or his father. You need someone who can take care of your park for you. Rules are rules and they need to be followed by everyone but not the case management has their favs . If I could I would give this park a -10. Does anyone know how to get ahold of the owner.

Place was bought by new owners. The park is even more of a mess since then. Not one single improvement was made and yet prices were jacked up, and payment in full is required with no notice to almost anyone. The park has had 10-15 roll outs in the last 2 weeks.The Front gate doesn't work so you and all your friends can stroll in anytime day or night.Garbage is never picked up, you'll see reviews saying it's picked up every Friday. Im attaching a picture taken Saturday.The bathrooms are sooo gross, you can smell them way before you reach them. So hopefully you have your own bathroom to use.If your lucky enough to get into the bigger more moldy bathrooms up by the pool. Then bring soap cause the water smells like sulfur.If you do stay at this park make sure to bring mice prevention supplies. I do understand mice are everywhere but they crazy up here.The community in the park is nothing to complain about.They're great people. They make the park, not the slum lord owners. The community holds their own events no help from the owners. Mini golf, concerts, parties, all kinds of stuff.This is my honest review of the park. This will be the last season we stay here only because im forced to. If i had more notice about the price changes i would have been more prepared to leave.

Nice little campground, bigger than expected cabin. Manager is wonderful - willing to help any time, any need. Residents are super nice, inviting. We were asked to play Bingo, join their pool tournament and 50/50.Maintenance guy however was super aggressive and unprofessional. If we don't go back it is because of how we were treated specifically by him.With some minor improvements/modernized upgrades, cabins would be great for large families, with large bedrooms and lots of space to spread out on a rainy day.We were not given a key for our cabin, and kitchen didn't have enough plates, etc. for our family.Safety wise, Maintenance guy should fix broken doors, step on front of cabin and leaking tap instead of threatening guests. Or open the pool that we never got to try out.We were told new owners are slowly fixing things up, which is exciting. Would recommend an improved playground for kids.Would go again, with hopes to see the improvements!

Very close knit community feeling. Lots of great activities put on by the social committee every weekend. Everyone is welcome to join in the activities and events.

we had 5 sites booked since January for the upcoming July weekend. Riverview is 3 hours from our home. Called to add one day to our reservation, only to learn that they decided in April to change to 100% seasonal. They didn't tell us this. Now we cant find another site for the long weekend. I can only imagine the outrage that would have happened as 5 big RVs arrived, with email confirmation in hand, to be told they forgot to tell us of this change. Poor management.

Book sites for July long weekend back in January for our group and all was good. One group member decided they wanted to stay longer so called to see if they could add a day only to be told they are one longer allowing weekend camping. No one notified our group of this. Can you imagine if we all showed up on the 30th and get told no sites. Terrible customer service!!
