Open to the public for self-clearing items purchased internationally. Just bring your invoice from the seller and the customs officer will let you know what the duties and taxes are.Parking is out front of the building. Don't drive up to the gate for transport trucks.

I came here to self-clear a package i had shipped to me from the US. I was in and out inbetween 5-10 minutes, and the staff at the CBSA desk on the lower floor knew exactly what to do. Dont let UPS, Fedex, etc scam you with brokerage" fees

Self cleared a DHL package and paid a fraction of what DHL was charging me, in and out within 5-10 minutes, nice staff and straight forward process given you have the right documentation.
