I went in late in the day and was able to be serviced promptly by Randy. He reviewed my case, answered all my questions and forwarded all my information to my case manager . Randy provided exemplary and knowledgeable service. I cannot thank him enough.

My mom was having a very hard time figuring out how to get SS benefits after my dad's death. An employee named Brandon was INCREDIBLY helpful. He was very good about returning calls and helping my mom understand how to apply and for what, making sure she got the maximum amount. She's not very tech-savvy and English is not her first language. When we went to the office, Brandon remembered us and met with us right away, and we were able to leave relieved, knowing exactly what to expect and that my mom's claim was correctly processed. It's really, really too bad that they keep people like Brandon practically inaccessible behind six walls of automated phone menus that never let you talk to a real person.

The only person I trust is Maggie and operations manager Anna. The rest of the employees I have spoken to are unprofessional and straight up rude. I’ve been hung up on multiple times. The manger and Maggie I believe her name is are the only professional and kind employees. Taken almost two months and still don’t have my name changed, I would send your information to another office if you don’t wanna deal with a headache

Rude from the second I walked in. Require face diapers. Had to handle my purse and told me to get off the phone as my daughter called me from school. ( I was very quiet on the phone) due to an accident. I wouldn’t be here in person, if they answered their phones!! The rent a cop takes his job very seriously. And had an ego bigger than his head.

For a government office, I was impressed by my interactions with the staff and the short wait times for service.Super-friendly security guard greeted me at the door, then did a weapons check of my bag. Waited about five minutes before being assisted by Chad, who was knowledgeable and made friendly conversation while things were processing.Keep this in mind: I was told going mid-month, midweek, midday is the best time for quicker service.

Security guard was very friendly and welcoming, and so was the guy at the window. Wait time was short, only one person ahead of me. Not sure what all the complaints are about. This is nothing like the Nashville office I visited several years ago.

Can believe this office had one guy that over talked me same guy as the person mentioned I one of the other comments. He was not helpful he gave me ridiculous, inaccurate instructions on how to get my social security card replacement. So I figured I'd callback and try someone else this being the third call first I was directed online but that route failed. So on to the third call I found out I could get a appointment in person the lady was very rude and gave me a bunch of trouble because I had a mailing address in their system in Arlington which was not where I reside I'm inispand county.so they said I had to go to the Everett office.after all this lecture and back and forth she says I'm putting you on a call list I said for Everett she says no for mount Vernon. So after all that she puts me on the list desired. Currently waiting for a call from them can't miss it otherwise I don't get a appointment. worst experience ever
