My first impression when the estimator came to assess our job was very good - friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Today, we had Colby and Foster on site to put insulation in our attic and our experience was the same. The guys communicated well with me about all phases, detected a couple issues and fixed them for us, then cleaned up on the way out. That's service! Thank you all.

A great experience from initial quote to completed project. Professional, courteous, considerate, tidy and efficient. Added venting through attic roof, sprayed pink insulation onto attic floor and added batting to pony walls, sprayed cellulose insulation into exterior walls. The quote was a little higher than another company but 110% worth it for a great job done fast with care and attention to detail (e.g. instead of drilling through shingles like the other company proposed, Knight's carefully removed a wall shingle, drilled small hole, filled it, and replaced the shingle.)No regrets in hiring this company, I highly recommend.

I had soundproof insulation a few years ago. First, it has ZERO soundproof function. Just like others review, they have to hire someone who know what they are doing for their job. I wasted my money.The main problem is they blew too much of soundproof material into my ceiling,,,, now, I have to exchange the ceiling because the ceiling is falling down....I wasted money for insulation and now I have to waste even more money in order to replace my ceiling.The guy who blew the soundproof material said it would be ok .. don't worry about it. But, it was not ok.I could see a big bulge from my ceiling. He seemd like he didn't know what was going on.Also, someone who quoted and checked my place said it would be soundproofing for my place. But, it has ZERO function.They might be good at other insulation installation, but not for soundproofing installation.Hopefully, they are better now than a few years ago.Please email me if you can't find me from your file.

had a wall that needed done that was not planned, but they accommodated my smaller job in a short time frame. half way through the job their machine died. they returned to the shop, got it fixed and were back to finish the job the same day! nice work!

It has been an excellent experience working with the team at Knights. At every step of the way, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. From quoting, to scheduling, to having our attic insulation done, to post service, everything was great and went smoothly. Their price was also competitive after having called around to get quotes originally.

I had my sprinter van insulated by Knights insulation with 2lb spray foam today. I showed up on time an Jamie an colby got right to work prepping an getting the van ready to spray. The 2 were very knowledgeable an helpful with tricks an tips with where not to spray to insure there was no pop outs in the exterior metal an made sure to stay away from burying wires an all moving parts. All in all im very happy with how it turned out. I would highly recommend getting any an all insulation work done by this company.

From the initial contact for an estimate to the installation of extra insulation in my attic, to the billing folks, the staff were all pleasant and professional to deal with. The work cost what was quoted, and they were able to point out and fix some exhaust/vent deficiencies in my attic following a recent bathroom reno that wasn't done up to code. They noticed some mold starting up there and did some work to address the mold issues which most likely stemmed from the incorrectly done bathroom reno. It cost a bit more on top of the quoted work, but the price seemed fair and I'm glad they caught the issue early! I'm very happy with the entire process and I'd recommend giving them a call if you need some help keeping your house warm!!!

From estimate through to installation and billing, Knights was a pleasure to deal with. They came quickly and their estimate was reasonable. They even provided photos of past work they had done to give us a sense as to how closely they can match stucco finishes for our blown in insulation in our 1920s Oak Bay home.Our installers, Shane and Colby were first class and made sure we were comfortable with the procedures and did an excellent job, in fact much more quickly than we would have expected for the size of the job.We have a programmable thermostat that keeps an online record of temperatures in our living room. In our first evening with the insulation, it's noticeable how the room temperature drops at a reduced rate after a heating cycle compared to before the installation.I have no hesitation in recommending Knights for their insulation needs.

Following a multi-month massive kitchen renovation, we were ready for the final step in our project which was the installation of additional insulation in the attic of the entire home.On the day of install, the Knights Insulation crew (Arjuna.
