Wonderful care given to my dogs here!When other places gave up on my dog this vet did everything she could do for us

Please note I am posting this review anonymously and I am not using my real first and last name.We wasted so much money over the years at this clinic for an issue that was resolved at another clinic in one visit.They have terrible customer service and a high turn over of staff who don’t care about the customers.We are so much happier with another clinic always make sure to get a second opinion.

If you are looking for a clinic to take your dogs look no further. Creature Comforts is filled with care and compassion, they really care for your dogs and their well being.The pups love to go in and see Dr Decker and the techs!

I actually found Creature Comfort Vet Clinic as a result of my vet deciding to retire. I have had rescue dogs for years and I wanted a Vet who would do house visits like my old vet did. After doing a Google search [ LOL !!!] I came across Creature Comforts which was located in the deep south of town. Because I also live in the south I hoped this would turn into a good choice. I called them to arrange my exam and get their shots updated.Other than the reviews I really had no idea what to expect.Well, my 9 year old male Panda who has always been leery of vets in general was pretty darn relaxed 'with Dana and her husband [ who is a vet tech I believe] and I was sold on her.My other female Keesha is fine with anyone so this was a very pleasant surprise.She was very patient and had a calmness that Panda must have sensedShe gave them both an exam and upgraded their shotsShe suggested that Panda because of his age could really use a teeth cleaning and

Dr. Decker and Mr. Decker came to our home and helped us say goodbye to our sweet boy. It was peaceful, gentle and they explained everything along the way so there were no surprises. Their care was professional and empathetic. You could tell they really care about your pet. I highly recommend their end of life services. It brought us great comfort.

Incredible experience from start to finish. The staff are all very warm and friendly. More importantly, my pup looked comfortable through his visits as well. Highly recommended!

I wanted to love and trust the doctor, but in just a few words they made a surgery on my dog and never said what caused it, I also paid $200 for blood test and I aloud the take extra exams (like biopsy) if needed.None of those happened.The only good thing is they sent me to a Allergist and that meda me realize they open my dog for nothing and they made me spend mor than $2000.00 for nothing.Oh! The only time I saw the doctor was a day before the surgery. I don’t blame the rest of the staff but that doctor needs to learn to be professional.

Hands down, the best vet services anywhere! The home visits are so helpful for my 19 year old cat and one scared cat. Gentle, kind service with treats. Can't say enough good things about this clinic and the team. Thanks!

This experience was really welcoming, informative and comfortable! I switched vets with my 7 month cat because the honest, realist vet clinic truly does exist!! The ladies here are exceptionally outgoing and friendly, there is no hidden fees. They choose to do all inclusive because they really care about what is happening with your animal. For example: blood work is included in my cats pre exam before surgery as well the medications involved. Without the pre exam I would have never found out unless I asked for blood work that my cat has a potential kidney disease in ten years! Other vets quoted me on getting spay done - without these !! I believe it is good to trust small businesses who are passionate! This business is it!! I drove two hours to come here and I highly recommend this new and upcoming veterinarian and her team! My cat is healing so great and she was wonderful after. I trust she was in good hands when I left her for her surgery. Thank you so much!
