CG Open Road Outlet - Steinbach

Dan & the crew at CG Open Road Outlet in Steinbach are awesome folks to deal with. Very customer oriented. Their vast variety of products from autos to quads and everything in-between makes them a 1 stop shop! Recently purchased a 2021 Argo XR & I love it. Dan was even able to find me a color matched helmet at a killer price! I advise you to stop in and check out their inventory.

Last year (less than a year ago) we bought a little geo quad from your steinbach location for our grandson. Recently the chain on it broke. All it needed was a new link. I came into the store yesterday and made my request. The guy behind the counter was unsure of the size I needed but made an educated guess and sold me a link for $12. When I went to put it on, it was the wrong size so I returned to the store today to exchange it. They didnt have the correct size so offered to sell me the whole chain for $25. This is fine, but he refused to credit me the $12 for the link towards the chain price. I did not have the receipt on me but the guy who sold it to me was right beside him. I live 20 minutes away and was not about to do a 40 min drive to get the receipt. I went to Crikside (your competitor) and it took less than a minute and $1.19 to replace the link and repair the chain. I will not be brining my business to this place again and will be posting this review everywhere that I can. Very poor customer service. These guys were fantastic when I was looking for a quad for my grandsons, but once they have my purchase they had no desire to help me out.

2023 Argo 1000. Great machine..... GREAT price...... and really great service. I had a few specific things I needed from CG Open Road Outlet and they were able to get it all together for me. I'll be back for sure!!

Purchased a new carb for my grandsons' quad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the parts I needed and gave me some knowledge to help make my repair easier.

Month old surron fork seals, waited a month and a half to be replaced also got charged 2 shop rates and parts

Kids love their new dirt bike. Great on fuel and very easy operation and starting. Brain and the team were awesome to deal with and very accommodating with my schedule. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

CG Open Road is a really great hidden Gem! They deserve a lot more business, and popularity!!! I went in there with my 2 boys to just see what they have. I was so thoroughly pleased with their quality of dirtbikes, and abundant amounts of knowledge of their products. The prices are really inexpensive for what you get!! We ended up buying a 50cc Apollo RXF for our 8 year old. This kid loves his bike so much, and doesn't want to get off of it. One of the best purchases I've done in a long time.Dan knows ALL the ins and outs of his products, and Levi was really good to deal with. I'm thrilled with these guys and recommend them to Anyone.
