I was unsure of the product because of the amazing price. The product is amazing. I dealt with Jordan. From the time I walked in the front door and then having my cover installed I was out of there in 15 mins. The product is amazing and the service was also amazing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cover.

Just bought my second tonneau cover from here. Prices can't be beat for the quality and the Service. I broke the prop rod clip on my last one after hitting it with a tire, and they replaced it no charge. I had them install that one, tried to install the one I just bought and couldn't get it to seat well. Reached out and went back to get the guys there to install it. Went above and beyond to make sure it fit properly.

Excellent customer service. Drove from Burlington to have them install. Gentleman was very friendly and installed in 15 minutes. Great quality cover and even better service. 5 stars plus !!

Excellent company to deal with. From the cost and quality of the item to the outstanding customer service they provided. I had some installation issues and the staff went out of their way to assist me over the phone. Eventually I ended up having them install the cover and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a tonneau cover.

Just bought one last week and we ❤️ it!!My husband and I were both extremely pleased with the service provided.I spoke with someone via chat who answered all my questions ON A SUNDAY AT THAT!My husband went in on Monday to have our tonneau cover purchased and installed at no extra charge. Had purchased an aluminum tonneau cover, very very light, seemed like a cheaper version of the Bakflip tonneau cover I was accustomed to.HOWEVER, this version is a very cheaply made poor knock off of Bakflip, doesn't fit to spec, and a strong wind gust is enough to rip it right out.I called the manufacturers and they told me that their policy doesn't cover acts of God. I would agree if it were a tornado or a hurricane. This wind gust that ripped it out was a typical windy day nothing out of the ordinary.My recommendation is to steer clear of this product as it doesn't hold up to regular windy conditions.The representative I spoke to, told me that there are spacers that need to be installed, none of which were in original packaging nor were mentioned in the installation instructions.Now I'm out $800+ dollars due to a manufacturing defect. my bet is they manufactured way too many of the mis-measured products and are still selling them to the public with a spacer that doesn't exist. Also, the small gap between the front of the box and the product, was supposed to have a rubber weather strip/buffer but the adhesive on the strip doesn't even stick, even when properly cleaned and tape was heated.

(June 2023)I bought foldback 2.0 from CW and installed it using the youtube video. The cover looks great and feels durable.The service that I received from CW was outstanding. Cover shipped in two parts. One of my boxes was beat up during shipping which resulted in damage to both side rails. CW was quick to respond and made things right.I recommend CW and this cover.

CW Limited has really great product. I got the 2.0 hard tri fold cover and it came in super fast. It’s a very slick cover. Unfortunately it had a small dent in it. I contacted them right away and they were able to resolve the problem super fast and the customer service is awesome!
