Clean and spacious interior, but honestly I'm just salty about the bagel and cream cheese I ordered. It was cold as it was left sitting behind the counter for awhile. Even standing at the mobile pick up counter we were ignored for 15+ min. A cold undertoasted bagel is just dense bread and cream cheese. Why has Tim Hortons forsaken me

Worst customer ever. I’d give it a negative review if I could. No one helps you if you go in. Better off going though full the drive though. Stood in the empty store for 10 minutes before leaving because no one even acknowledged us standing there.

was at this Tim Hortons several times , however this evening I was working on my computer .... and notice a young boy working at 6:00 PM, cleaning the lobby , I notice how the manager of supervisor spoke to him really rudely telling him he needed to be off , he explained I ask my mom to pick me up at 7:00 pm and she rudely ask him to go and call his mom to pick him up. I found her rude towards this young man Im assuming he was not more than 16 years old. I have notice that in this locations either one ethnic rules in the this jobs and if she wanted to cut hours why she did not asked her other same people to go home . They all communicate in one language not caring who else is working with them .

There is ALWAYS a missing item in my order for delivery thru the app. And their solution for it is for u to pick up the missing item in store which is ridiculous because I ordered online for delivery because it is hard for me to go in store. And no, u don’t get refunded if u don’t pick up the missing item.

i’ve got stuff 4 times this week and every time something was wrong or not ready when i ordered 20 mins in advance for pick up, now today they didn’t cut my bagel, nor did they put the cream cheese on both sides.

The employees were COMPLETELY disrespectful towards me when i had issue with my order. we addressed our missing items with them, well they were implying they didn’t make any mistakes. well we were waiting for them to help we overheard them talking poorly about us and laughing as if it was funny , than hung up on me. VERY unprofessional. i will NEVER order from here again. we ordered 4 sausage and egg muffins, all 4 of them had NO sausage. ordered a cheddar croissant, didn’t get that either. overheard one of the workers saying “ we didn’t add it “ then tried telling us they did. very disappointing.

Had a offer for 2$ off on my app. My order was 10.24 before tax. Condition stated any purchase over 10$ qualifies but the drive thru lady kept insisting it has to be two separate item anf refused to scan my order when in reality she did not want to puch in the discount code.My croissant sandwich was smushed to death, hazel nut cold brew tasted sour.This tim hortons needs help. Rarely have a bad experience but holy hell this takes the doughnut.Update: just saw the minority employees all gang up an harass their co workers with management doing nothing....Someone get this tims some help

I have found this location to be particularly slow every time I've ordered here whether it be a mobile order or dine in. I thought maybe the first few times was due to busyness or covid protocols but it's slow service even when there are no waiting customers. Not sure why this is the case. The last 2 mobile orders I placed nothing was even prepared until I went to the till to inquire. Hope the service improves here in the future.
