Best waxing service around! The employees at Sassafras are so friendly. From the booking to the the actual service this place it awesome! I’ve been going to the downtown location for about 4 years now and everyone I’ve gotten the chance to meet does a great job. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first time going here for a brow lamination & wax. everyone was really nice, however I got a decent amount of my skin burned off & didn’t realize it until later that day. I’m guessing it was from the extremely hot wax temperatures :/ I’ve had my brows laminated before (at a different place) and I regularly get my eyebrows waxed/threaded & this is the first time this has happened, super disappointed!

Nahomi did a wonderful job on my brows! I haven’t had them done in a few years and she did a fantastic job! I am definitely am going to go back and maybe try the lamination next. Overall it was a 10/1 experience and would highly recommend:)

Callie provided very personalized care. She did a great job with my eyebrow wax and tint. Both Callie and the front desk staff were very helpful, personable and knowledgeable!

I just had my first appointment at Sassafras and had such a great experience! I had my first sugaring done by Izabel and she was amazing! She was very thorough while explaining what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable as I was coming in anxious. I’ll be going back in a few weeks!

I’ve been coming here for over a year. I see Kira for a Brazilian. She is really friendly and professional. The salon is clean and always smells great. The parking lot is huge. The prices are excellent and they offer many services. I had an issue with my online payment on my end and the owner, Chantelle, took care of it immediately and was extremely helpful and genuinely caring. I enjoy all of my visits here and recommend Sassafras Salon to anyone.

I love Sassafras Salon. I have been going there for my waxes for the last few years and I have only had great experiences. The staff is super friendly and positive! I highly recommend them! They are very professional and they take care of their clients!
