We had a wonderful time dealing with Amin and Parisa from Caspian Roofing. One of the things that stood out most was the time they took to do a thorough inspection. They were both professional and courteous. The job was also done in a timely manner and we're pretty happy overall.. highly recommended.

Amin and Parisa from Caspian Roofing are amazing. Our EPDM (Hidden) Gutters were leaking and they were able to drop by quickly to assess the root cause and provide us a detailed quote. Amin was able to work with us on our budget and he went above and beyond to repair and patch all of our EPDM seams. They also constantly communicated when they were starting the work, what will be performed and walk though the repairs afterwards. Biggest peace of mind is their 10 year warranty.

Caspian roofing came in with a thorough and fair estimate for our shed roof. They stayed in touch updating us on when they could do the work with the weather. And when the work was done, the site was clean and no debris was left anywhere. We were well informed and very satisfied with the job.

From quote to completion of work, Caspian Roofing was courteous, thorough, and entirely professional.We’ve had a lot of problems with our gutters leaking causing damage to the facia. Amin and Parisa did a fabulous job cleaning, sealing and reinforcing our gutters. They also installed leaf filter over our entire gutters, which has made a tremendous difference.Their quote was super reasonable and came in quite a bit lower than other companies.They have also come by to check their work a few times to make sure that everything is working properly. Amazing customer service!I highly recommend Caspian Roofing for all your roofing needs.

There are better companies out there. Poor communication and not following up on promises was what made me hire someone else and I'm very happy I did. The estimate I got from this company was reasonable but after promising to do the small roof replacement job for me, the company simply disappeared. NOT recommended.

Armin did an excellent job. I was very happy when I asked him to come over for estimate. He was very professional. He did a thorough inspection. His price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and will definitely recommend him.

I called and made arrangements for them to come and give me estimate. Two people showed up one morning, I walked them around my house and asked to provide me a price quote. They walked around one more time, promised to provide a quote, however that's where all the communication stops. I am assuming the work I had to be done was too small" for them so they decided not to communicate that. I had sent them numerous text messages asking for any information

We have just purchased our home in December and upon inspection there were a few things that needed to be addressed including adding vents to improve attic ventilation as well as gutter cleaning and patching up a crack, after contacted Caspian Roofing Ltd near Christmas and holiday season Amin still came out to look at our place on Dec 23rd and provided a quote for us after a week or so since it’s the holiday also the weather was just not nice, however Amin ensured via text that the job will get done before the deadline I provided him on the day we met. They came out on the first sunny day. Lastly the price was exactly he quoted us and they made sure and got the job done on the same day!!! Thanks again will definitely recommend.

Just wonderfulI was really impressed by Caspian roofing professionalism.They came a first time, spend time to analyze the problem, really look hard for all possibilities. They came a second time and fixed it. The work was just perfectly done, their explanations totally made sens and I am thankful that they acted fast and fix the problem.
