Galleria Shoe Repair is an amazing place to get any shoes fixed. The place is extremely clean and organized. The couple that own it are adorable and so kind. The man is an artist (all the paintings in the store are painted by him) and you can tell by the way he does his work. I was very pleased with all the repairs- brought in 3 different pairs of shoes, got a small heel put onto my mukluks, a dog chewed the top part of my blundstones off and they were able to sew it back on and repair the damaged leather and my moms high heels that fell apart were glued together- looking good as new. Could not be happier with the service they provided.Would recommend to anyone!!

Wow, extremely happy with the service from the Galleria team. The zipper on my expensive camera gear backpack was worn out after 5 years and wouldn't close properly. I fully expected to pay at least $50 for the repair but was shocked to see the bill for half of that. My camera bag is ready for my trip this weekend (zipper feels beter than new), thank you for the amazing job.

They are very friendly, kind and helpful.They are smart too.They did a meticulous job putting in new watch batteries and the price was very affordable, much better than elsewhere. Likewise, for key cutting they are accurate and the most inexpensive place in town. I highly recommend them and I don't normally make the effort to write reviews.

Everyone needs to fix their shoes now ! The nicest older couple run this store and are most helpful. They even fixed my spare tire cover when I thought I would have to spend a lot on a new one. Fix your shoes and support their shop please !

The high quality and quick service is fantastic! I brought in my leather briefcase with a broken latch - they repaired the latch and added two leather straps as a I requested! I recommend everyone to come here!

0 customer service. And rude.I suggest calling the place and asking until what time they're open and you'll understand what i'm talking about. They will just say the time and hang up on you without asking any more questions or answering any of your questions lol . Older korean couple that Hardly speak any english. The charge a lot and and they never understand what they're supposed to be doing and they blame it on the english.

Fixed my Lange ski bag zipper. It had separated from the other side . A unique machine was needed that they had, and fixed it within 2 days before trip.

I had my boot sole , reattached, very happy.

Found her shop on google when I was searching for a place to make a spare key in the area. Really sweet lady who got it made for me. Very clean and tidy inside. Get the key colour cover thingy if you forget which key goes where! Very useful when I'm rummaging to find the main key that opens my front door!
