Rhythms Studio

The dance studio offers great dance lessons that cater to all levels of dance! The instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes really fun. The studio has a great vibe, with good music, dancing and is a really safe space. I have been dancing at Rhythms for a year and it has become like my second home. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who’s wanting to learn how to dance or improve your skills. Chad and Daniella from Rhythms Dance Studio came to our school and gave us a fantastic series of lessons on Hispanic dance styles. Chad was incredibly knowledgeable not just on the dance, but on the history of all of these different dances. Our Spanish classes got an amazing opportunity to observe, and learn how to dance Salsa, Bachata, Rumba, among other dances.Chad led a very engaging class that made it easy and fun to step out of our comfort zone and try new dances. Thanks so much for coming out, we had a fantastic time!

Sure, there are many studios you can go to for dance. However, Rhythms gives so much more other than dancing. Under the owner, Chad, who has such a big wonderful heart, you will learn to dance, but you will meet many wonderful people and you will be part of something more, like a family. I enjoy learning to dance here, but the big thing for me is having that sense of belonging and meeting people. Chad does a wondeful job of creating a safe, comfortable, respected environment where people can dance, be themselves, and make friends. And those that do not meet these values that Chad upholds at the studio, they are no longer welcome. There are no levels here, everyone dances with everyone and learns together. I have been here for over a year and i got to say my dancing had greatly improved but i have met individuals that are very close to me. We dont just dance, we hangout with each other. And that wouldnt occur have it not been for Rhythms.So if you want dance and more, at a very afforable rate, definitely come to Rhythms. You will not be disappointed

I started at Rhythms a little more than a year ago and quickly fell in love with Latin/African dance, mostly because the community at Rhythms is so welcoming and great for dancers at any level. Chad works hard to foster an environment that is comfortable and safe for everyone. The classes combine a nice mix of technique, musicality and adding you’re own spice, can’t wait to keep growing as a dancer!

Rhythms Studio is truly special, and it’s approach is far from cookie cutter. The studio teaches important technical skills of Latin dance through thoughtful references to kinesiology and musicality, while always encouraging each dancer to express a unique personal flair. The atmosphere provided within the studio is always positive and welcoming. Chad and the Rhythms team are an indispensable part of the Latin dance community.

This dance studio offers dance classes for salsa, bachata and kizomba. I have been attending classes here, in all three dance styles, over the past year and I can't get enough! I felt really welcome at this studio right from day one and always have a lot of fun! The owner, instructors and students really make it feel like a safe space to learn in. The instructors have a strong focus on technique, which allows dancers of all levels to develop and improve their skills. The best part is that there are drop in classes available almost every day!

Chad runs an excellent dance studio with affordable prices at Rhythms Studio. It is a very fun and friendly atmosphere with teaching geared to all levels. If you are new, I highly recommend checking out the free Friday Vibes classes (Salsa, Bachata, or Kizomba, depending on the weekend) to get a feel for the place and the style of dance so that you can choose what you would like to pursue and then attend those classes. Edmonton dancers of all levels and styles should give this studio a try!

Amazing dance studio! Great atmosphere full of friendly, welcoming people with a comfortable environment for all levels of dancers. Chad is a great teacher and makes every class enjoyable and fun! Miss these classes so much!
