Really liked their service. On time on both delivering and picking up. We got caught in a storm on the way back and were delayed, but they were fine with picking up the equipment the next day. Equipment was clean and comfortable to set up

Affordable and on time delivery. The equipments were in excellent condition and very light weight. Our trip started in the morning and they delivered the gear the night before with no charge. Pick up was also on time. Would definitely recommend!

Rental gears are well maintained and service is excellent. Good quality sleeping bag under Winter package saved from cold weather.2 person Light weight tent requires a tarp as a base if it’s raining.Thank you Toronto Outdoor for last minute advise. It really helped a lot.

Excellent service and cheapest price ever! They delivered very fast and flexibly upon my schedule. Their equipment and camping gears are very clean, new and high quality. I ordered the package for 4 people but they gave me the bigger tent since my friends are kinda big. And they didn't charge me for coming back late than their pick-up time. They are very friendly and caring for their customers; they called me to check if the kitchen ware was dirty so they would exchange for me, but is was super clean. I highly recommend and will definitely call them whenever I go camping.

The team and gear at Toronto Outdoor was incredible. They were super helpful and accommodating during the entire process. They went over and above to ensure that what we ordered exactly what we needed to host a great family event this past weekend. The delivery service was such a major bonus! Gear was in great condition and pricing was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great equipment, easy to set up and light-weight. Very nice and friendly crew! Told them we are leaving in the early morning, they delivered the equipments a night before and didn't charge a cent extra. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

Simple and Easy!Our experience with this company was very good. Their website makes it simple to book. Prices are reasonable.Great communication and was easy to get a hold of someone to talk to. They also had a great setup to support the covid time. Only one customer was allowed inside and we had to book an appointment in advance.

Their equipments are very light weight and in good quality. They also offered pick-up and drop-off service for free. We were pretty last minute to plan for our trip to Bon Echo last weekend. Called them on Thursday and they delivered the next morning. Will use them again for our next group camping trip!

Love this store. They are friendly on the phone, the Coleman equipment is super great and super clean. They have a convenient delivery and pickup service, all at a reasonable price. Thank you for this amazing experience, I will use your service in the future again!!!
