The only walk in ultrasound I could find and got in within minutes of arriving! Great experience with Radu. I’ve experienced pregnancy loss in the past and felt so at ease during my appointment.

A nice and friendly facility. The best thing is that they have walk-ins for ultrasound , which is very useful if you need your results early.I did not find same in entire durham region. Its was quiet too not that much crowded.

My experience was good. The front desk receptionist were kind and friendly. They had on a show to ease with the wait.

Smooth and seamless appointment process, great with walk-ins, very helpful staff

The walk-in wait time for an ultrasound is ridiculous. We were advised that it was a 2 hour wait time. I arrived here with my 10 year old daughter, and have been waiting 2 hours. When I asked how long it would be before her turn, I was advised at least another hour, but not guaranteed. There needs to be more ultrasound technicians on site, or the one on site needs to move more efficiently. 3 hours + waiting, especially with a young child, is not ideal. Appointment times was only until late next week, and the ultrasound should be completed ASAP as it is for my daughter. I ended up leaving, and made an appointment for tomorrow at another location in Whitby. Truly disappointed. If you value your time, don't come here.In response to the response below: There was no minimum" wait time advised. I was advised 2 hours

I can't say enough about this clinic. I had been looking for a clinic close to home to do ultrasounds and Xrays for both myself and my husband, but only one of them returned my call and they couldn't get me in for 2 months. After calling so many clinics in Ajax and Pickering, I finally read the reviews of this clinic in Oshawa and made an appointment.We arrived shortly before our appointment time, the waiting room had quite a few people waiting, but we didn't have to wait long at all and were called for our first tests very quickly, as with our second tests. The technicians were friendly and professional, as were the admin staff. We were out within 20 minutes.What I also liked about this clinic is that they didn't have you go to the hassle of undressing and putting a gown on if your clothing allowed access to the area being tested.Such a refreshing experience compared to other clinics I've used in the past.

Quick and easy walk in. Surprisingly a lot of people during the day time at this location but didn't have to wait long to be called in. Had to do an x-ray and most modern facility I've seen in recent years. Also the young woman doing the x-rays was very patient.

The receptionist here is exceptional. She was gracious every time I called, even when I was running late, she greeted me with a smile was very helpful. Tests were easy and the rest of the staff were lovely. Thank you!
