I thought the store was closed. No signage on door saying hours or if open. GreetEd by one young man then on my own to find limited selection.

Terrible store and service, had to keep asking staff for prices. They had nothing in stock, tried to online order from the store but the won’t deliver to our home (we live far), and when I tried to order online from their website it does not allow you to fill in most of your information. How is someone supposed to by anything from this store? It’s unfortunate because they have nice pieces, but not worth the headache.

Worst customer service ever! We walked into a girl at the front desk on her phone texting (this was the case for the duration of our visit). There were a total of 2 staff working and neither one greeted/welcomed us or asked if we could be helped. The store was empty the entire time.A Caucasian lady walks in and she was greeted and asked how she could be helped.Get your act together Living Lighting!

Visited this location to purchase a ceiling fan on Friday and was disappointed with the customer service and knowledge of staff. My husband and I felt like we were putting the staff out with our questions. We ended up leaving the store and purchasing the exact same fixture for substantially less than quoted in Barrie.

I had initially ordered a ceiling light from Wayfair and when it arrived, it had no referenced UL, CSA or related standard, and rather just a fire hazard warning and very vague assembly literature.I decided to return my online product and purchase through a bricks and mortar" lighting shop. I was pleased to find that the selection here was extensive with equally broad pricepoints.I was able to find what I was looking for
